SCORERS RESPONSIBILITY AFTER THE GAME GAME CARDS – ALL GRADES BQ By Law - 3.43 Home team scorer shall ensure that: a) game cards are fully completed, accurate, and legible b) make sure coaches have allocated MVP points c) Umpires-in-Chief and Scorer must sign and print their name in the appropriate place on the card. d) All names are spelt correctly QBS Hint: All scorers should also sign scorebook of the other scorer, this means you agree with the result. BQ By Law - 3.44 The home club shall ensure that they forward the game cards to arrive at BQ no later than the Monday following the game. The preferred method is by email (ensure the scanned card is legible – use black pen and print in block letters). However, as long as the card is legible it may be faxed or mailed QBS Hint: Each scorer should be responsible to get their cards in. If you do not have the availability of email or fax to get it to BQI by 9.00 am Monday organise to get your card to someone in your club that does so they can do it for you. STATISTICS ALL GRADES EXCEPT MAJOR A PLEASE NOTE: Sending your games in batches to the statisticians is not acceptable, teams doing this risk having their players excluded from trophies.
