About the Company:
Immundnz is a specialised CRO located at the Alderley Park in Cheshire (UK) to provide specific
immunologic services for drug safety analysis. Immundnz has extensive experience and know-how regarding
immunology and in performing immunological, biological and analytical assays. More specifically, this
comprises in vitro studies, and assays designed for immunogenicity and drug testing. Immundnz is the needed

Purpose of the Role:
Develoment of biological and analytical assays for measurement of immune response biomarkers. The assays
will be based on antibodies, chromatography and mass spectrometry. Calculation of the costs, purchase of
materials and price setting for the assays are part of the role. Writing of product sheet and marketing
materials.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
 Literature study for relevant immune response biomarkers
 Cost calculations and purchase of materials
 Design of experiments
 Development of biological and analytical assays for measurement of biomarkers
 Validation of assays (including determination of limit of quantification)
 Establishing price setting for the assays
 Writing of report, product sheet and marketing materials
