Loadlimiter XS MCB Distribution Board System
An Introduction
Loadlimiter XS offers final circuit protection solutions for all industrial
and commercial applications. This range of truly versatile MCB
distribution board systems includes a suite of units fitted with a 200A
switch disconnector as standard, and a completely revised range of
MCBs and single module RCBOs.
To assist with retrofit projects the new
design is aesthetically similar to the original,
and ensures quick installation and simple
operation for both end users and installers.
The range is completed by a comprehensive
range of associated equipment.
Loadswitch Fuse Combination Units
An Introduction
The Loadswitch range offers circuit protection for all industrial and
commercial applications. Loadswitch exceeds the requirements of
BS EN 60947-3 and offers the ideal solution where ease of
installation to accommodate ever increasing cable sizes is required.
Cable spreading room (which can be easily
reversed by the installer) is allowed for at
the bottom of the switch. A full uninterrupted
duty ensures the switches can maintain full
rated load indefinitely. A utilisation category
of AC23A and short-circuit capacity of 80kA
enables Loadswitch to be installed with
confidence on any inductive or resistive load.
System Loadbank Modular Panel Boards
An Introduction
This extremely versatile modular panel board system offers
unrivalled flexibility for the self build project. The system comprises
a range of modular enclosures which can be assembled in an almost
endless variety of permutations, and accommodates the latest
generation of 250A frame size MCCBs and fuse combination units.
System Loadbank is ideally suited for main
distribution panels for small to medium sized
applications, and sub-distribution panels for
larger applications offers a comprehensive
range of MCB distribution boards, service
centres and associated equipment within
matching enclosures.
MODIS LV Modular Distribution Systems
An Introduction
The Modis range of self assembly type tested switchboard systems covers all
LV switchboard requirements for the control of power for any application. Modis
12 offers horizontal busbar systems from 400A to 1250A, and the new Modis
25 range provides systems up to 2500A.
Modis systems fully comply with EN 60439-1 and
offers simple build and assembly in a variety of
options. These modular distribution systems offer
a wide variety of busbar arrangements capable
of carrying many current ratings for a broad
range of breaking capacities and withstand times.
The Modis system is ideally suited for main and
sub-main switchboards and significantly reduces
labour and assembly costs for the OEM.
Loadline Moulded Case Circuit Breakers
An Introduction
The Loadline MCCB range spans current ratings from 16A to 1600A and is
complemented by a comprehensive range of accessories. This technologically
advanced range ensure problems caused by harmonics, DC applications,
temperature rise, discrimination issues are easily resolved by simple selection
of the appropriate device.
Dorman Smith have updated the Loadline range
with the introduction of the Y-Frame, designed
specifically to address the growing market
requirement for MCCBs requiring electronic
protection, and featuring a number of

The Loadline Z-Frame ACB range spans current ratings from 800A
to 4000A and is complemented by a comprehensive range of
accessories. This product range completes the generic circuit breaker
family offered by Dorman Smith and complements the MCBs and
MCCBs already available.

Integra Digital Metering Systems
An Introduction
A comprehensive range of high accuracy multi function digital metering
systems offering measurement, display and communication of over 100
parameters, including true RMS measurement for total harmonic distortion
and power quality data.
Integra products are fully programmable via a
simple menu driven interface and can be
integrated into energy management systems via
various communication protocols. To suit
requirements, Integra offers pulsed, analogue
and digital output options, and a choice of DIN,
ANSI and JIS case styles, with high quality LED
or LCD display.
Kilowatt Hour Energy Meters
An Introduction
An innovative range of panel mounted or DIN rail mounting meters ideal for
monitoring energy consumption. These self contained meters offer combined
kW.h or kVAr.h energy measurement, with pulsed or analogue output options
and selectable CT and VT ratios,
thus
replacing the need for rotating disc
meters and separate instantaneous wattmeters.
Microprocessor controlled circuitry provides
up to class 1.0 accuracy, which can be
displayed via electro- mechanical or LCD
counters, or various integral instantaneous
indication options.
Paladin Transducers
An Introduction
An extensive range of high specification transducers providing measurement,
isolation and conversion of electrical parameters into industry standard DC
output signals, RS232 and Modbus.
The Paladin range of transducers offer
protection against high voltage and overload,
and are resistant to vibration in harsh
electrical environments. Transducers offer
multiple analogue outputs from one housing,
and class 0.5 and 0.2 measurement of up to
seven electrical parameters, including true
RMS sensing.
Integra Digital Metering and Transducer Systems
An Introduction
Integra 1560 and 1580 multi function transducers provide high accuracy
<0.2% measurement and communication of up to 50 major electrical and
power quality parameters, including true RMS system values, power quality
data and total harmonic distortion (THD)
measurement up to the 31st harmonic.
The range offers a 1560 DIN rail mounted
version, and a 1580 variant featuring a base
plate for surface mounting. Transducers are
fully programmable through a Windows based
software package or optional menu driven
display unit.
Protector Trip Relays

Current Transformers
