A-C: Dorsoplantar, oblique, and lateral non-weight-bearing views of the right foot demonstrate lateral subluxation of the 2nd metatarsal base in relationship
to the middle cuneiform. This is the radiographic hallmark of a Lisfranc fracture-dislocation. Notice that the first and 3rd metatarsal bases have migrated
laterally as well. The lateral view demonstrates superior subluxation of the metatarsal bases in relationship to the cuneiform bones.
