Instructions:

2. The evidence field will have the data needed prior to the audit and during the On-Site audit.
3. Some criteria such as #18 may temporarily be scored a 5. Auditor will verify the actual score at the completion of On-Site audit and exams.
4. Certification score requirement must be >3.2.
5. Robot Risk Assessment is MANDATORY in order to attain and maintain RIA Certified Robot Integrator status.

Industrial Robot Definition
An automatically controlled, reprogrammable multipurpose manipulator, programmable in three or more axes, which can be either fixed in
place or mobile for use in industrial automation applications.
