Loan Controller (DOU).
For GTI sites who do not have current GTS support* and whose DOU is damaged and needs to
be returned to Bailoy for repair, we offer a 30 day loan DOU while it is being repaired. The
replacement DOU will be sent within 3 business days enabling the customer to continue
irrigating with the minimum delay.
All shipping costs relating to the sending and return of the loan DOU, as well as the sending
and return of the damaged DOU being repaired, will be charged to the customer at cost. If the
customer wishes to arrange their own shipping, no charges will be applied.
*GTS Support agreement customers would receive a replacement DOU free of charge.

Loan Computer Tower (standard)
For sites who also require a 30 day loan computer, Bailoy offer a standard specification tower
only**. This service is only available for customers running GTI V3.xx software and who have a
valid GTI database backup that can be restored.
The loan tower will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the database backup which
can be sent to Bailoy via e-mail or on a USB memory stick.
All shipping costs relating to the sending and return of the loan computer will be charged to
the customer at cost. If the customer wishes to arrange their own shipping, no charges will be
applied.

Terms & Conditions
1. Both services are only available to customers who already have GTI installed
on their site
2. Both services subject to availability
3. The DOU and computer tower remain the property of Bailoy at all times
4. The DOU and computer tower should be returned in full working order and in
an undamaged condition using the packaging they were received in. Any
damage caused by negligence or insufficient packaging will be charged for
5. Bailoy reserve the right to charge for any undue damage
6. The computer tower will be supplied loaded with the latest version of GTI
software and a backed up copy of the database as supplied by the customer
7. No other software programs should be loaded onto the computer while on
loan
8. Any files or personal data placed on the computer while on loan should be
removed before return and Bailoy will accept no responsibility for any such
files not removed
9. If the DOU and/or PC tower are received back by Bailoy after 5 working days
of the loan period expiry date, a further 30 day charge will be levied.
