Corporate Choral
Entertainment
The Perth Undergraduate Choral Society Inc. is a well-established Western
Australian choir available for hire to sing at your conference, concert, wedding or
special event. Our repertoire is extensive - from the classics to gospel to rock to
modern Australian! PUCS can provide 20-30 singers to perform a cappella or
accompanied.
PUCS has sung for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Burswood
Resort Casino, Carols by Candlelight, Perth City Missions Christmas in the Park, the
Len Hall Memorial Anzac Day Game, the promotional event for Ben Elton’s musical
“We will Rock You” and at the Mandurah City Christmas event.
Our most recent performances include:
‘One Night Only’ - a concert of Choral Pop music, including current chat toppers
from Coldplay and Gotye, Lennon and McCartney classics, Lullabye by Billy Joel,
Paul Kelly and Neil Finn classics, Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah and the Queen rock
opera Bohemian Rhapsody.
‘Misa Criolla and Songs from the Americas’ - a musical journey through the
Americas featuring the stunning folk mass Misa Criolla, excerpts from the Andean
folk mass Misa Andina, songs from Brazil and Argentina, plus superb choral music by
contemporary American composers. The concert featured South American folk band
Los Chasquis and tenor soloist Andrew Sutherland.
'Christmas from Cambridge', combined sublime choral music and favourite carols
with organist Dominic Perissinotto.
‘A Celebration of Choir and Brass’, performed with The Royal Agricultural Society
of WA Brass, to celebrate our 50th Anniversaries. The concert featured the
Australian premiere of Young Lochinvar by Derek Bourgeois and the WA premiere of
Waratah by Australian composer Matthew Orlovich.
'Safari Ya Afrika' (Swahili: Journey to Africa), a concert of inspiring songs from
across the African continent, performed with African Music Circles.

Attire
The choir will wear either all black or semi-formal attire (dresses for ladies, suits
without a tie for men), depending on the event requirements.
Bookings
Bookings should be made with suitable advance notice, with the deposit (50% of the
fee) paid two weeks in advance.

(Award ceremonies, graduations, grand openings, weddings, balls, marketing
or promotional events):

7 Pieces - 1 to 1 ½ hrs call time

Silver package: $1100
5 pieces - 1 hr call time

Bronze package: $800
3 pieces - less than 1 hour
Bulk bookings: If you would like to hire PUCS for multiple events, a price will
be negotiated based on your needs.

Christmas Carolling
Two 30 minute sets of all your favourite carols, including Silent Night, We
Wish You a Merry Christmas, O Come all Ye Faithful.
A cappella (unaccompanied)
