A food-borne disease involves the unintentional or deliberate contamination, of food that impact human health. The global incidence of food borne disease is difficult to estimate, but as per the WHO, every year there are about two billion cases of diarrheal disease worldwide and around 1.8 million people die from diarrheal diseases each year. Here are some things that you need to know to prevent food borne diseases.
