Genstart Screen: This screen allows Starting and Stopping of the generator as well as viewing of the internal operation such as Internal Temperature, RPM’s, % of Load, and Output Voltage. 5 Battery Charger Battery charging can be activated and deactivated via the Battery Status Screen. Once this screen is selected, the “Down” arrow key can be used to highlight the desired operation button of the charger. Simply pressing the select button (In the Center of the Arrow buttons), the charger can be turned on or off. This is especially useful if power sharing is needed to keep the outside circuit breaker from blowing. NOTE: The inverter/charger will NOT charge the batteries if the charger is disabled. The status of the charger is displayed at the bottom left portion of the screen 6 Inverter The inverter produces household electricity for the motorcoach by utilizing the house 12v battery bank. To enable the ability of the inverter to operate, it must be enabled. This is done by highlighting “Enable Inverter” on the Inverter Screen and pressing the select button. The top right icon will display if the inverter is enabled or disabled. The inverter can be enabled while the coach is plugged in to shore power, it will simply pass power through. Once the coach is unplugged, the inverter will automatically produce electricity from the batteries if invert mode is Enabled. If the inverter is Disabled and the coach is plugged in, the inverter will automatically pass shore power through via an internal transfer switch. 7 Tank Monitoring Tank level monitoring is done from the Tanks Screen. This screen has other functions like starting and stopping the Water Pump and the Autofill. AutoFill The AutoFill is an automatic Fresh Water tank filling system. To operate this system, just highlight and select the “START AUTOFILL” button on the screen and if an outside water source is hooked up to the coach. This allows a coach to connect to a low amperage connection without blowing the breaker. Awning: Select “AWNING” then press -> to extend the main awning and <- to retract. Time Zone Selecting this icon allows the changing of the timezone with changing the clock. 10 Levelers Selecting “LEVELERS” from the “ARRIVE” screen will allow leveling of the coach via wireless remote control. These keys can be pressed and the menu will automatically switch to the Slideout Control Screen and highlight the desired slide to operate. The button assignments are as follows: Room 1 = Galley Slide Room 2 = Vanity Slide Room 3 = Bed Slide Room 4 = Dinette Slide 12 Depart Screen The “DEPART” screen is similar to the “ARRIVE” screen with 4 exceptions. First there is no “GENSTART” icon, and there is no “TIME ZONE” icon. The third exception is that on the leveler screen, the only selection available is retracting the levelers. The forth exception is the “FINAL CHECK” screen. This is a checklist that allow the user to check that tasks accomplished when preparing to move the coach. Below is an example of the checklist. 13 Automatic GenStart This screen is accessed by selecting “GENSTART” on the default menu screen. Generator Start: The Generator can be manually started and stopped from this screen by selecting the “START” and “STOP” icons Quiet Time: Quiet time is an override window to any other generator autostart functions with the exception of manual starting and stopping. To set this feature set the hours of the non-operation window. AutoCharger: This feature charges the batteries automatically when a low voltage condition exists. Enable it, then set the Low Voltage start level. Topoff Volts is used in conjunction with Quiet time. Auto Genstart will check the battery condition before Quiet Time begins and tops the batteries off if needed.
