FOREST SPRINGS

product from a spring in the south of the island in Daban, Saltibus. Forest Springs
produces a 100% Natural Spring Water, delicately filtered by nature. Forest Springs
100% Natural Spring Water comes only from a carefully selected spring that is
continually replenished. What starts out as rain, soaks into the earth where it is
filtered naturally and then collects a unique balance of minerals that gives Forest
Springs its distinct taste. The product is of the highest quality bottled at the source,
which is securely protected from any kind of pollution and satisfies microbiological
criteria.
Forest Springs’ water is free of any harmful bacteria and undergoes a top notch
filtration process to remove items such as sand particles. It is also exposed to the
highest standard of sanitization using UV and ozone treatment, while preserving
the natural composition of the water. Forest Springs currently sells the following
products;

Small Pack Water; Small pack water from “Forest Springs Water” comprises
of plastic bottles from 350ml and 600ml bottles.

Investment Sought
Forest Springs is seeking a suitable joint venture partner to inject 2.3 million XCD
into the company to aid in expansion plans for product export. Forest Springs is
prepared to offer a 30% ownership stake in the company to this new investor and
provide 590,000 XCD annually for capacity upgrades and for ‘green’ initiatives.
