Collaboration That Improves Support to Customers Throughout the Network Lifecycle and Around the World
Cisco Global Services Alliances
Cisco© Global Services Alliances combine the forces
of Cisco and select, highly-qualified strategic partners
to offer customers consistent and effective IT support
throughout their networks’ lifecycle. The Alliances drive
closer collaboration between Cisco and our alliance partners, resulting in strategic alignment, business revenue
growth, and customer loyalty.
How A Partner Qualifies
To qualify as a Global Services Alliance partner, a candidate must be a Cisco multinational partner in US&C,
Japan and also two of the following theaters: Emerging,
European, and APAC. In addition, each candidate must
have a Global Commerce Specialization, and must sell
more than $400 million USD net annually in global bookings of Cisco products and services.*
You must also agree to make the following investments:
• Align business processes by linking your support
systems to Cisco support systems (such as quoting,
ordering, call management and third-party maintenance support)
• Develop and implement new complementary
service solutions to Cisco Services and/or
Collaborative Services
• Develop and implement new contracts and sales
processes to offer end-user customers Collaborative
Services or Cisco Services

Today, Collaborative Services are sold through Global
Services Alliance partners, and each partner must purchase a Collaborative Services contract from Cisco.
