The CONfederate States!!
The CONfederate States!!
"What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." (Mark 10:9).
ONE of the Webster's Dictionary definitions of the word CON:
1. Involving abuse of confidence: a con trick. 2. to swindle; trick or fool. 3. to persuade by
deception, cajolery, 4. a confidence game or swindle. 5. a lie, exaggeration or self serving
talk.
Map of the dis-United States from 1861 to 1865
11 states out of a total of 33 seceded from the Union in 1861.
In 1861, 11 states out of a total of 33 left the Union. This is no marvel because according to the Bible, 1/3 of the angels were
dissatisfied with the perfect environment of Heaven and joined Lucifer in a failed rebellion against the Almighty:
"And there was (civil) war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the
dragon fought and his angels,
And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth
the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." (Revelation
12:7-9).
None of the leaders of the rebellious states dared to let the people decide by vote or referendum if they should leave the
Union.
These rebellious states did not want to live under the God-given Constitution but rather desired to be annexed to Mexico and
live under an emperor!!

The CONfederate States!!
To the newly elected President Lincoln devolved the herculean task of ending the insurrection and restoring the rebellious
states to the Union.
The new rulers of the CONfederacy!!
The leaders of the CONfederacy despised the U.S. Constitution and desired to live under a despotic Roman Catholic
monarchy.
Maximilian and Carlota were
installed as emperor and
empress of Mexico with a
grandiose plan of becoming
rulers of the CONfederacy
should the South win the Civil
War!!
Emperor Maximilian of Mexico (18321867).
Empress Carlota of Mexico (1840 1927).
After formally receiving the Crown of Mexico at his castle in Trieste, Italy. Maximilian and Carlota set sail for Rome to receive
the "blessing" of Pope Pius IX before departing for Mexico.
2 leaders of the CONfederate states
These men had absolutely no reason for leaving the Union except the spirit of rebellion of Lucifer the devil was mightily at work
in them.

Jefferson Davis (1808-1889).
CONfederate president from 1861 to
1865.
General Robert E. Lee (1807-1870).
CONfederate general from 1861 to
1865.
Here is a copy of the resignation letter of general Robert E. Lee to his commanding officer U.S. general Winfield Scott from the
book Memoirs of Service Afloat by pirate Raphael Semmes:
"ARLINGTON, VA., April 20, 1861.
GENERAL : —Since my interview with you on the 18th instant, I have felt that I ought not longer to
retain my commission in the army. I therefore tender my resignation, which I request you will
recommend for acceptance. It would have been presented at once but for the struggle which it has
cost me to separate myself from a service, to which I have devoted all the best years of my life,
and all the ability I possessed. During the whole of that time—more than a quarter of a century—I
have experienced nothing but kindness from my superiors, and the most cordial friendship from
my comrades. To no one, General, have I been as much indebted as yourself, for uniform
kindness and consideration, and it has always been my ardent desire to merit your approbation. I
shall carry to the grave the most grateful recollection of your kind consideration, and your name
and fame will always be dear to me.
Save in defence of my native State, I never desire to draw my sword. Be pleased to accept my
most earnest wishes for the continuance of your happiness and prosperity, and believe me most
truly yours, R. E. LEE.
Lieutenant-General WINFIELD SCOTT,
Commanding United States Army. "
THE CONfederate WIDOW-MAKERS!!
Over 260,000 patriotic U.S. citizens lost their lives while fighting for the preservation of their country. Many of them were
married and left destitute grieving widows with young families to support.
Every widow who lost a heroic husband had a tragic story to tell but we can only dwell on the widow of President Lincoln and
the tragedy of Queen Victoria.
Mary Todd Lincoln—beloved wife of
President Lincoln—was left a grieving
widow for the last 17 years of her life.
Mrs. Lincoln's grief was so great that she
often wished that John Wilkes Booth had
shot her as well as her husband.
Abraham Lincoln was President of
the U.S. from March 4, 1861 to April
15, 1865.

The CONfederate States!!
Queen Victoria was left a grieving widow due to the Civil War!!
The CONfederates were so desperate to involve Great Britain in the war on their side that they created an international
incident called the Trent affair.
The Trent was a British mail steamer which was boarded by a secret CONfederate named Captain Charles Wilkes.
Prince Albert—beloved husband of Queen
Victoria—changed a belligerent letter from
the British government to President
Lincoln.
That act of human kindness cost him his
life and made Queen Victoria a grieving
widow for the remainder of her long life.
Prince Albert (1819-1861), was
the beloved husband of Queen
Victoria.

In the United States, hundreds of thousands of children were left without a father and Queen Victoria lost the loving guiding
hand of Prince Albert in raising her 9 children.

Frederick
William,
crown
prince of
Germany.
For the rest of her long life, Queen Victoria grieved for her husband. She followed his pacifist policies and refused to get
involved in foreign wars.
During the Franco-Prussian war which led to the liberation of Italy, she was urged to help the French, but again the memory of
her husband's noninterventionist policies kept Great Britain out of that war.
The CONfederates wanted to annex the U.S. to Mexico!!
These CONfederates were very anxious to fulfill the Bull of Pope Alexander VI and annex the U.S. to Mexico. Their new king
or emperor was to be Maximilian of Austria. They also wanted to retain slavery so they could continue to sleep with their
female slaves at night.
Maximilian and Carlota actually condescended to rule Mexico but the cactus throne was to be temporary until they actually
became monarchs of the entire New World. Here is a letter from the son of King Leopold I of Belgium to his sister Charlotte:
"Now King Leopold's elder son, Leopold, Duke of Brabant, also took a natural and keen interest in
a project which so closely affected his sister, the Archduchess Charlotte. Indeed he was not
merely interested, but he enthusiastically approved.
As early as the beginning of November Prince Leopold wrote to Charlotte, declaring that Mexico
was 'a magnificent country,' and stating that if he himself had a son of age he would 'attempt to
make him King of Mexico.' 'There is much good to be done in America,' he continued, 'and I
should like the Coburgs to undertake the task.'
And again, in January, in sending to Maximilian his greetings for the New Year, he expressed a
hope that 'at the moment when the enemies of Austria are prophesying her decadence and ruin,
you will be able, by your labours for the good of Mexico, to prove to the world that the Habsburgs,
in union with the Coburgs, see wider vistas of usefulness opening, and that, animated by a real
love of law and order, they can bestow those blessings on the most diverse races.'
Though Mexico was a large country, Prince Leopold felt confident that Maximilian's rule would not
be confined to its boundaries. 'Once you are firmly established in Mexico,' he wrote, 'it is probable
that a great part of America will place itself under your rule.' No doubt all this was 'difficult and in
the future,' but Leopold yet hoped one day to see Maximilian at the head of 'a great neutral
American state, closely allied with neutral Belgium.' 'To bring peace, justice and concord to this
poor America,' wrote Prince Leopold, 'would be an act not of ambition, but of simple
charity.'"(Dawson, The Mexican Adventure, pp. 211-212.)
Pirate Raphael Semmes of the Alabama
One of the most notorious pirates to ever terrorize the seven seas was Raphael Semmes of the CSS Alabama. At the
beginning of the Civil War, the U.S. merchant marine was the LARGEST IN THE WORLD....At the end of the war, it had
virtually ceased to exist thanks to the depredations of one man: Raphael Semmes:

Fanatical religious
crusader Rafael
Semmes HATED
the Union and
Protestant
Christianity.
Rebel pirate Rafael Semmes (1809 - 1877).
Thomas Nast's portrayal of Semmes the pirate.
Notorious pirate Rafael Semmes (nicknamed Old Beeswax by his crew) was captain of the CSS Alabama which was a terror
on the high seas to Union shipping. His specialty was attacking unarmed U.S. ships and sending them to the bottom of the
sea. He also served in the U.S. Navy prior to the war.
"Devout" Roman Catholic Semmes was one of the most notorious pirates in the entire history of the world. Most of his motley
crew were British subjects, recruited from the docks of Liverpool, with promises of fabulous wealth should the CONfederates
win the war. He flew the Union Jack or Stars and Stripes until he got close to a Union ship and then hoisted the rebel flag. He
especially HATED the North because it was Protestant and rightly saw the Civil War as a religious war of Romanism against
Protestant Christianity:
"Semmes's hostility toward Yankees was based in history and religion. He associated Catholicism
with liberty and virtue, Puritanism with narrow intolerance. For Semmes the Civil War was a holy
war, and he often took special pleasure in burning New England-based ships. When the
Alabama's boarding officer brought a number of religious tracts from the Dunkirk, Semmes
examined them closely. They had been shipped for distribution in Catholic Portugal, even though,
as one tract noted, dissemination of such material was illegal. Semmes viewed the tracts as one
more example of Yankee/Protestant duplicity."(Taylor, Confederate Raider Raphael Semmes of the
Alabama, p. 123).

Semmes was the inspiration for the German U-boat wolf packs that preyed on British shipping during World War I and II.
Kaiser Wilhelm II admonished all his admirals to read and study Semmes autobiography: Memoirs of Service Afloat During the
War Between the States.
Matthew Fontaine Maury, USN.
Matthew Fontaine was a lieutenant in the United States Navy from 1825 until he resigned and joined the CONfederates in
1861. Like Judas Iscariot, who eventually betrayed his Lord, Maury began well but ended up as a rebel and traitor against the
very government that made his naval career such a success.
He was nicknamed Pathfinder of the Seas and Father of Modern Oceanography and Naval Meteorology and later, Scientist of
the Seas, due to the publication of his extensive works in his books, especially Physical Geography of the Sea 1855, the first
extensive and comprehensive book on oceanography to be published. Maury made many important new contributions to
charting winds and ocean currents, including pathways for ships at sea.
Matthew Fontaine Maury (1806-1873) was
a lieutenant in the United States Navy from
1825 until 1861.
Physical Geography of the Sea by Maury was
published in 1855.
On April 20, 1861, Maury sent a letter of resignation to President Abraham Lincoln and officially resigned from the Navy.
CONfederate raiders in Liverpool, England.
Maury wanted to use his vast knowledge of the United States Navy and the seas to help the CONfederacy destroy the U.S.
Navy. In Oct., 1862, Jefferson Davis sent him to England to assist the notorious James D. Bulloch and pirate Raphael
Semmes.

Rebel spymaster James D. Bulloch (1823-1901).
Sailing master Irvine S. Bulloch (brother of James) sailed on
the CSS Alabama with pirate Semmes.
Like Maury, Bulloch served in the United States Navy prior to the Civil War. There was no pardon for his war crimes and he
feared to ever return to the U.S. He died in Liverpool, England, in 1901.
Maury joined the CONfederates in Liverpool, England.
Immediately upon his arrival in England, Maury began to work closely with Bulloch and Semmes. He also was involved in a
letter writing campaign to influence British public opinion in favor of the CONfederacy:
"On arriving in Liverpool on November 23, 1862, Maury
proceeded immediately to the office of Fraser, Trenholm and
Company, at 10 Rumford Place, to report his arrival to
Captain James D. Bulloch, the Confederacy's Secret Service
chief in England, who had already fitted out the Alabama and
was in charge of securing and fitting out three other cruisers.
Maury carried authorization from Secretary Mallory for
Bulloch to be responsible for Maury's travel expenses and
pay. Mallory, however, in the official order, made it very clear
to Bulloch that Maury had special authorization to carry out
certain projects. Maury also had general authority to
purchase ships to serve as cruisers."(Williams, Matthew
Fontaine Maury, p. 402).
Maury and pirate Semmes photographed in London
during the War of the Rebellion.
Maury eventually succeeded in fitting out 2 commerce raiders named the Georgia and the Rappahannock and the Georgia
was captained by his cousin, William Lewis Maury.

The CONfederate States!!
Emperor Maximilian had a keen interest in the sea and was appointed to the rank of rear admiral in the Austrian navy by his
brother. He liked to visit exotic faraway ports . . . without his wife of course....It was rumored that he contacted syphilis during a
visit to a brothel in Brazil, and that as a result he was sterile.
Maury had corresponded with the emperor before the Civil War, and when he heard that Maximilian was to be emperor of
Mexico; he was delighted. He began a prolific correspondence with the emperor. Here is a report from a biography of Maury:
"In the winter of 1864 there arose a further complication with the French because of Napoleon III's decision that
Mexico, which he had conquered, should receive as its emperor the Archduke Maximilian of Austria. As Emperor
Maximilian would, of course, be supported in Mexico by French troops, the Confederate government was anxious
to win the friendship of Maximilian and his government-to-be. Great effort was made toward this end and for a
while it appeared that Maximilian would recognize the Confederacy and enter into a close tie with the government
in Richmond. As his part in this international intrigue Maury carried on a considerable correspondence with
Maximilian, who had previously honored him for his scientific achievements. Maximilian again extended praise
and appreciation to Maury and particularly thanked him for calling his attention to "the possibilities of California," a
diplomatic way of referring to proposals for separating California from the Union and restoring the area to Mexico.
With the prowess of Southern arms on the wane, however, Maximilian abandoned his idea of receiving
Confederate Commissioner Slidell in Paris. On April 10, 1864, a delegation that had come from Mexico
proclaimed Maximilian emperor, and five days later he sailed for Vera Cruz."(Williams, Matthew Fontaine Maury,
pp. 413-414).
Here is a copy of a letter sent by Maury from England to the emperor Maximilian in Mirimar:
"Referring to my letter of the 10th inst., I beg leave to state for your information, that there is on the Clyde, nearly
ready for launching, an iron-clad frigate of 3,000 tons and pierced for twenty 150 pounders. She is of 500 h.p. and
is guaranteed to go ten knots. She can be got ready for sea in eight weeks.
She was built for the Confederate Government and is, I am told, a fine ship. We cannot get her out because of
the Foreign Enlistment Act, and she will probably be sold on the stocks where she is.
In connection with my tender of services, I think she might be transferred to the Emperor of Mexico in preference
to any other Power."(Dawson, The Mexican Adventure, p. 332).
It appears that Maury aspired to be Grand Admiral of the Imperial Mexican Navy and in command of a fleet of Alabamas!!
CONfederate colonies in Mexico
With the war over and no hope for a CONfederate kingdom ruled by Maximilian, Maury left England and eventually arrived in
Mexico City. He had plans for a CONfederate colony of ex-veterans who refused to accept defeat and hoped to keep fighting
from Mexico. Jefferson Davis was actually fleeing south to join this colony when he was arrested by Union soldiers. Maximilian
actually conferred the title: Imperial Commissioner of Immigration upon Maury:
"The decree making Maury imperial commissioner of colonization was signed on September 27, 1865, only five
days after he had been appointed director of the National Observatory, which Maximilian expected to build soon
in Mexico City. To enable Maury to hold these two posts Maximilian's government had issued naturalization
papers to Maury on September 23, 1865."(Williams, Matthew Fontaine Maury, p. 433).
About a dozen generals and thousands of soldiers fled south to Mexico in a vain hope of continuing the war from there. Here
are just 2 of the most notorious.

General Edmund Kirby Smith (1824-1893).
General Joseph O. Shelby (1830-1897).
Of course all the generals and their soldiers had to abandon Mexico when the Maximilian empire fell.
President Theodore Roosevelt was a relative of James D. Bulloch!!
Even with the magnanimity of President Lincoln and the pardon of most of the CONfederates; they still did not surrender and
become patriotic U.S. citizens. Many of them continued to fight for slavery, despotism and Romanism, by taking over the U.S.
government and subverting our liberties.

Bulloch was the brother of Martha Bullock Roosevelt.

Martha Bulloch Roosevelt (1835-1884), was the brother of
James D. Bulloch and the mother of President Theodore
Roosevelt.
The CONfederate States!!
Theodore Roosevelt Sr., (1831-1877), was the father of
President Theodore Roosevelt. During the Civil War, he
paid a substitute $300.00 to fight his battles!!
"War hero" Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919).
President from 1901-1909.
Theodore Roosevelt became President of the United States after the assassination of President McKinley in 1901. Harvard
"educated" Teddy Roosevelt became President when Civil War hero President William McKinley was assassinated.
Rough Rider Roosevelt became a war hero in the Spanish-U.S. war when he charged up San Juan Hill with guns blazing.
His father wasn't so gung-ho during the Civil War because he paid $300.00 for a substitute to fight for him.
The Spanish-U.S. war opened the way to the White House for CONfederate Roosevelt as a war hero!!
Roosevelt appointed a Bonaparte as attorney general!!
Charles Joseph Bonaparte was a grandson of Jerome Bonaparte
(the youngest brother of the French emperor Napoleon I), and a
member of the United States Cabinet.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Jerome Napoleon
Bonaparte (1805-1870) and Susan May Williams (1812-1881),
from whom the U.S. line of the Bonaparte family descended.
In 1905, President Theodore Roosevelt appointed Bonaparte to
his cabinet as United States Secretary of the Navy.
Charles Joseph Bonaparte (1858-1919).
Attorney General from 1906 to 1909.
He founded the Bureau of Inquisition which later became know as
the "Federal" Bureau of Inquisition or the FBI. He also founded an
organization called the American Protective League which spied
on patriotic citizens who exposed Rome's activities. People
confused it with the patriotic U.S. Protective Association or the
APA.
Roosevelt the REBEL is on Mount Rushmore!!

The CONfederate States!!
President Roosevelt's bust is next to President Lincoln on Mount Rushmore....This twist of history is almost beyond belief....
Imagine if Adolf Hitler had descendents and one of them became President of the United States . . . or Russia!!!
The FAB FOUR Presidents are: Washington, Jefferson, Jackson and Lincoln and President Jackson should be on the
mountain . . . and not Roosevelt.
Harvard educated "Rough Rider" Roosevelt leading the charge
up San Juan Hill in 1898.
"Plastic" man Roosevelt is carved in GRANITE next
to President Lincoln on Mount Rushmore!!
You can search all the annals of history and it would be harder to find a more plastic phony politician than Teddy Roosevelt.
This charge made him a "war hero" and he was elected "Republican" Governor of New York in 1898. The next step for this
man of straw was the Vice Presidency under President McKinley— a REAL Civil War hero.
Roosevelt had President McKinley assassinated in 1901 and the rest as they say is history. Roosevelt began the era of the
Imperial Presidency and the involvement of the U.S. in foreign wars. The natural outgrowth of this sinister evil policy can be
seen in the Pentagon of today.
The CONfederates and the Pentagon
The CONfederates have CONNED the entire nation into believing that their military is "United States" . . . instead of
CONfederate!!
Ground was broken for the CONstruction of the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 1941, during the administration of another Roosevelt—
Franklin Delano Roosevelt or FDR as he is commonly called.
http://www.reformation.org/confederate-states.html (12 of 14)7/30/2008 12:03:58 PM
The CONfederate States!!
The CONfederates now control 5 acres of the U.S. known as the Pentagon. From
that fortress, they completely dominate Washington City and the rest of the Union!!
No belligerents in the history of the world were treated as leniently as the CONfederates. Everybody, except James D. Bullock,
was pardoned and allowed to resume their former occupations. President Lincoln could have ordered generals Grant and
Sherman to round them all up and send them to Mexico as a reward for their treason but his motto was that of a true Christian:
"With malice toward none; with charity for all."
Many of them did repent of their treason and became patriotic citizens . . . but many decided to get revenge for their defeat by
taking over the U.S. government and destroying it with foreign wars. The results are plain to see today with the Pentagon
destroying this nation and many foreign nations with wars and insurrections.
Since the construction of the Pentagon, the U.S. has known nothing but one foreign war after another: World War II, Korean
War, Vietnam War, Kosovo, Iraq etc., etc., etc.
