CYTOPLAST® Non Resorb
Cytoplast Non Resorb consists of 100% high-density
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene). Cytoplast Non Resorb is
used primarily for large bone
defects and extractions. The
membrane’s elasticity allows
it to be easily shaped in two
directions. Because the
membrane is d-PTFE, primary
closure is not required.
The membrane is used for
wound coverage and can remain exposed.
l Advantages
•Biocompatibility
• Tissue integration
•Cell occlusion
• Shape stability
• No immunologic reaction

Applications
CYTOPLAST® Non Resorb
1 box of 1 membrane,
Order No. 8611
Cytoplast Non Resorb consists of completely homogeneous
material. The standard size of 25 x 30 mm with a thickness
of 0.2 mm can be used in whole or trimmed to fit specific
defect sites and sizes. There is no membrane seam so that
the complete membrane size comes into use.
•After extraction and augmentation, no primary wound
closure required
• Defect therapy
•Placeholder function for providing space for bone
augmentation
• Wound coverage at immediate implant placement
• For periodontal surgery

TXT-200
CYTOPLAST® TXT-200
Patented, micro-textured 100% PTFE membrane – non resorbable
This membrane is biologically inert and
chemically non-reactive. It consists of dense
micro-textured PTFE with a pore size less
than 0,3 µm.
Bacteria, which are usually about 2-5 µm,
can’t pass through the membrane, thereby
reducing infections.
Hexagonal surface
dimples provide a
textured surface,
which increases the
area available for
cellular attachment
without increasing
porosity.
l Advantages
•Minimal flap reflection or dissection
•Less surgical time, as membrane can remain exposed
•Preservation of soft tissue architecture, interdental
papilla, and keratinized mucosa
•Soft tissue attaches, but doesn’t grow into the
membrane
•Exposed membrane allows for non-surgical removal;
no anesthesia required
Applications
CYTOPLAST® TXT-200 Singles
1 box of 10 membranes,
Order No. 8621
The Cytoplast TXT membranes are suitable ideally for:
• Large defects
• Thin flaps
• Periodontal defects
• Where primary closure isn’t possible
Measurements 12 x 20 mm
Membrane in a size ideal
for single sites.
Benefits of textured surface
CYTOPLAST® TXT-200
1 box of 4 membranes,
Order No. 8620
The textured surface helps stabilize the membrane and
prevent soft tissue retraction:
• Increases surface area
• Reduces risk of membrane movement
• Reduces flap retraction
• Increases pull-out strength
Measurements 25 x 30 mm
Titanium-reinforced

CYTOPLAST® TI-250
Titanium-reinforced
Titanium-reinforced, high-density PTFE membrane – non-resorbable
Grade 1 titanium frame increases rigidity and allows
for the creation and preservation of space when
grafting. Hexagonal surface
dimples provide a textured
surface, which increases the
area available for cellular
attachment.
Micro-porosity of less than
0.3 microns prevents both
bacterial and cellular pene-
tration, allowing exposure of
the membrane.
l Advantages
•Grade 1 titanium frame increases rigidity and allows for
the creation and preservation of space when grafting
• Will not collapse into defects with deficient bony architecture
•Various sizes are available to treat a wide variety of
defect types
•Because soft tissue will not grow through the membrane,
removal is much easier than with titanium mesh
•Because Bacteria are 2-5 microns in diameter, they can’t
pass though the membrane if it is left exposed, or becomes
exposed during healing time
Applications

RTM Collagen
CYTOPLAST® RTM Collagen
Bovine collagen membrane (Type 1) – resorbable
The RTM Collagen Membrane is manufactured from
highly purified type 1 bovine
achilles tendon and allows
a multi-layer construction
tissue integration into outer
layer, while preventing direct
passage of bacteria and epithelial cells.
The unique fiber orientation provides high tensile
strength. The membrane is
cell occlusive and stands out
due to easy handling: either
side may be placed on the
defect.
l Advantages
• Longer, predictable resorption time (26 – 38 weeks), no
risk of particle loss due to premature resorption
• High tensile strength, therefore membrane will not tear
easily when being sutured.
• Cell occlusive, prevents epithelial down growth
• When wet, easily drapable over ridge, but not so flimsy
that it collapses into defect
• No confusion, either side may be placed against the defect
Cytoplast RTM Collagen,
optimized flexibility
