Nucleo® achieves the impossible
Nucleo® is a nutritional superfood which combines 43 of the most essential and powerful natural
nutrients known to man, in a complete ready-to-eat-meal-in-a-shake – everything the body needs to

Considering that the intestine is producing 80% of the immune system’s antibodies and that it forms

1. Low GI
The GI of Nucleo® has been tested by the GI Foundation of South Africa and is certified as ’low’ (below
55). The actual average GI score attained in human studies with Nucleo® was 36, which is similar to
legumes like chick peas and kidney beans. You can imagine the impact on sustained energy release
that supports stable blood glucose levels and reduces fatigue.
2. Remove all artificial and negative influences
This exceptional health and energy drink contains no sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no added sucrose, no
chemical preservatives, no artificial colourants or flavourants. Nucleo® is preserved naturally with
vitamin E and use natural colourants.
3. Based in the most ideal food delivery platform for better absorption
It is fact that nutrients in a food delivery platform absorb significantly better than nutrients in a
capsule or tablet. Therefore the absorption of the nutrients in Nucleo® is further enhanced by the body
recognising the familiar Soya protein and maize as the delivery platform for these nutrients.
Soya protein has been lauded for its exceptional quality and health benefits. However soya oil is
regarded as a weak oil which means it is susceptible to rancidity, especially after being heated during
the cooking process. This makes full soya unsuitable as a safe delivery platform due to potential
toxicity.
So for Nucleo®’s purpose the soya protein was separated from the soya oil and used as a purified
protein extract in combination with RSPO-certified sustainable palm oil.

4. Create a super vitamin and mineral delivery platform which ensures maximum
absorption of all the essential vitamins and minerals
The need for vitamin and mineral supplementation in human beings cannot be overstated. These
essential compounds play a role in every system of the body and without them life cannot exist. Even
in more recent human trials vitamins and minerals are proving to be indispensable in the fight against
a variety of chronic diseases and of course, malnutrition. However, the secret lies in ensuring that the
delivery platform does in fact facilitate maximum absorption of the supplements.
12 vitamins: Nucleo® contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, D3, E, Folic acid and Biotin.
Vitamin C is added as 200% of the adult RDA.
Absorption Fact: Fat soluble vitamins have a 4 fold increase in absorption when combined with food
that contains fatty acids like Nucleo® does.
12 minerals: Minerals in Nucleo® are Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iodine, Iron, Magnesium,
Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc. Selenium is added as 100% of the adult RDA.
Absorption Fact: Nucleo® contains a tailor-made mineral mix of which more than half of the minerals
are bound to amino acids. The reason for this is because ‘amino acid chelated’ minerals have
significantly increased absorption.
5. Support the good bacteria in the intestine
Nucleo® contains Pre-biotics, the food for the good intestinal bacteria (pro-biotics), which play an
essential role in the maintenance of the immune system and significantly enhance the absorption of
minerals.
