Small Group Seminars
The learning process for Unit C will be supported by
small group seminars where the information covered
in the lectures will be discussed.
 Students will be evaluated on their participation in
the seminar
 Each group will have 16-18 students
 Graduate Teaching Assistants will lead the discussions
 Attendance to small group sessions is mandatory

Small Groups
 The
list of assignment of GTA for each small
group will be available in BB prior to the
sessions
 GTA’s will be available to answer questions not
only in the small group seminars but you can
also contact them via email. This information
will be available on BB along with the GTA
assignment list.
What you have to do…
 Complete
assigned e-lessons and reading
assignments
 Participate in small group seminars
 Complete the unit B assignments
 Complete unit C orthodontic case workup
and present the case to the class
 Pass the exams
Grading and Evaluation
 Grade
for units A and B exams make 40%
of the course grade (20% each)
 Unit B assignments 15%
 Unit C - Case Presentation 20%
 Final exam 25%
