Fire polishing machine
With 6 arms that are moved via a geared motor. On each arm there
is a Ø 250 mm graphite plate where the glass is placed. When the
plate is in the polishing position, it is lifted up by an electric column
while it simultaneously begins to rotate. When the glass is at its
highest position, the two burners are lit (propane and oxygen) and
the glass is flame-polished for a preset time. When the time has
expired, the table is lowered again and the burners are shut off
simultaneosly with the table ceasing to rotate.
When the button is pushed, the table is moved 1/3 of a revolution.
The machine is supplied complete with 2 burners including valves,
frequency converter and a control system.
