and aquatic resource management to
ensure long-term program impacts at
the community and national level
• Foster wide dissemination of
research results and technologies to
local stakeholders at all levels,
including end users, researchers,
and government officials; and
• Increase Host Country capacity
and productivity to contribute to
national food security, income
generation, and market access.
