Greater choice of hearing aids for severe to
profound hearing loss
 Signia Power series for high performance and more comfort
 Broad range for diverse customer needs
 From discreet, rechargeable RIC devices to Super Power BTEs
With its Power series of Signia hearing aids, Sivantos offers a diverse selection for
severe to profound hearing loss. For optimal treatment, and in accordance with
individual customer wishes, the Power series offers not only the classic behind-the-ear
(BTE) hearing aids such as the versatile Motion P and the powerful Motion SP. Small
receiver-in-canal (RIC) models are also available. Signia Carat offers the possibility of
particularly discreet treatment and Signia Cellion - also a discreet RIC device - is even
charged inductively. All of these hearing aids are based on the current primax platform,
offering the many advantages of the most modern hearing technology.
More than one in ten people who are hard of hearing are said to suffer from severe to
profound hearing loss. They rely on hearing aids more than anyone else. Without
exceptionally powerful devices, they cannot adequately comprehend their acoustic
environment and cannot communicate well enough with others.
Wide selection for diverse customer needs
Depending on audiological needs and according to individual wishes and preferences,
the following Signia hearing aids are available to people with severe to profound
hearing loss:


The particularly small Signia Carat, a RIC device which sits almost invisibly
behind the ear. Carat is available in 13 colors and can be operated with
standard size 13 batteries, or optionally with rechargeable batteries.

Signia Cellion, also a RIC model and the first contactless rechargeable hearing
aid in the world with a lithium-ion battery, can now be adjusted with power
receivers. Cellion comes in twelve colors.

The new Motion SP is available in six colors and is operated with 675 series
batteries. At 141 decibels, it features the highest amplification performance in
the Power series. It is the successor to the well-known Nitro and just as
powerful in the lower frequency range. It can be optionally equipped with an
audio shoe for direct audio input.

The somewhat smaller Motion P, which is offered in 15 colors and operated
with size 13 batteries, now also provides all the advantages of primax
technology.
Latest high tech and comfort
All Signia hearing aids for pronounced hearing loss are based on the advanced primax
platform. They offer the best possible balance between sound quality and speech
comprehension. Their "SpeechMaster" with binaural directionality focuses
automatically on the conversation partner and highlights speech - regardless of where
it comes from and whether it is overlaid with other noises. The Signia hearing aids of
the primax platform can also be operated remotely via smartphone apps (for iOS and
Android) and can be connected to modern communication devices and electronic
entertainment devices with the easyTek option. The recently launched Signia TeleCare
support tool for all hearing aids in the primax portfolio enables hearing care
professionals to remotely assist people with hearing loss at precisely the moment they
need help with testing or adjusting their hearing aids.
Numerous advantages
People with severe hearing loss benefit particularly from primax technologies.
"TwinPhone" automatically transfers the sound from a handset or smartphone to both
hearing aids as soon as the telephone is held to the ear. With this feature, telephone
conversations are much easier to understand. The "Narrow Focus" directional
microphone function helps the hearing aid wearer understand a conversation partner in
noisy environments, even with competing speech signals. Furthermore, people with an

unaidable hearing loss in one ear can make optimal use of their hearing ability in the
other ear through innovative use of CROS or BiCROS to better understand
conversation partners. In addition, all Signia hearing aids of the primax platform have
integrated tinnitus functions - including a unique new Notch Therapy - which especially
helps the many people who also suffer from tonal tinnitus.
The Signia Power series offers a wide selection of the latest models with innovative
hearing technology for daily wearability and user comfort, which is particularly
beneficial to the target group of people with severe to profound hearing loss.
