Grew Creek
Near Ross River, Yukon
Epithermal Au-Ag
Summary
Large zone of gold mineralization, the Carlos Zone, defined by core and RC drilling over an area of 300 meters along
strike, 100 meters wide and 400 meters deep. Golden Predator has drilled over 19,000 meters in 70 holes since 2010
including GCRC11-328 intercepted 68.0 meters of 5.96 g/t gold from 32.0 m depth and GC10-001 intercepted 146.3
meters of 1.72 g/t gold from 40.0 m depth. The project is adjacent to Robert Campbell highway between the
communities of Faro and Ross River and an Exploration Cooperation Agreement and Traditional Knowledge Protocol
with the Kaska Nation is in place.
Property





Golden Predator owns 100% interest (subject to 4% NSR)
Property acquired in 2010 and approximately $4.7 million spent in exploration activities
Airborne and ground geophysics completed across the property
Carlos gold zone defined by drilling, open at depth
Possible additional zone, the Knoll Zone, similar to Carlos Zone has been identified about 2.5 km to the
southeast along strike

Geology



Grew Creek occurs in an Eocene-age volcano-tectonic depression within the Tintina gold belt and the Tintina
fault zone.
Tertiary aged epithermal gold mineralization at Grew Creek is hosted by felsic volcanic rocks preserved in the
approximately 4 km wide Canyon Graben. Pleistocene-age gravels up to 60 meters thick obscure most of the
Carlos zone and are widespread across the property. Gold anomalies in glacial till occur up-ice from the Carlos
zone.
Felsic volcanoclastic rocks are the preferred host to stockwork gold mineralization concentrated along a steeply
dipping (-75o NE), 295o striking structural zone at the Carlos zone. Mineralization occurs in silicic/phyllic altered
volcanoclastic rocks with banded epithermal quartz-carbonate-Kspar veins hosting gold mineralization primarily
in the form of electrum.
Exploration Potential


The Knoll Zone displays chalcedonic coliform quartz veining and ME pathfinders are found in what appears to be
the same epiclastic unit at the Carlos zone. Drill intercept of 0.54 g/t gold over 12 meters.
Geophysical anomalies obscured by glacial till remain to be tested by till sampling and drilling.
