The utility model discloses an assembly structure for a contact
compression spring of a medium-voltage vacuum circuit-breaker in
a power distribution system, which comprises an insulating draw rod
(3) whose one end is provided with an insert (6), a disk spring (2), a
connecting rod (8) whose middle portion is provided with a flange,
and a sealing nut (1) whose middle portion is provided with a round
hole, wherein a guide groove (7) is arranged on the bottom of the
insert (3), and the lower end of the connecting rod (8) is penetrated
through the disk spring (2) into the guide groove (7) of the insert.
When the connecting rod (8) moves up and down, the lower end of
the connecting rod is still in the guide groove (7), thereby avoiding
the friction and clamping stagnation phenomenon between the
connecting rod (8) and the dish spring (2), and increasing the
performances of the vacuum circuit-breaker.

The panel has a drive unit (32) introducing drive movements in each
switching pole (25, 28, 30). The poles are connected with bus bar
connectors (3-5) by controllable contact systems (9, 10, 11), where
the contact systems are controlled such that conductive connection
is formed between the switching poles and the bus bar connectors
by each controllable contact system. Each switching pole forms a

three-position switch and power circuit-breaker, and is filled with a
dielectric liquid (27). The housing consists of an insulant. The metallic

The switch module (10), has a metallic housing (11), which has a
cylindrical base body (12) with a longitudinal axis and a right angled
outlet (13) that sticks out from the base body. The housing has
another outlet (14) and each of the two outlets are fluid-tight
connected with insulated bushings (18,19). A metallic contact piece
(20,21) is accommodated in each of the two bushings in a fluid-tight
manner. The contact pieces are connected by a position switch and
the circuit breaker accessible from outside, which are provided with
a bar (25) for actuation.
A Medium Voltage gas-insulated switch-disconnector comprising: a
gas-tight housing which contains an insulating gas; for each phase, a
moving contact, a fixed contact and an earthing contact
positioned inside said housing; an operating mechanism for moving
said moving contact between open, closed and earthed positions.
The gas-tight housing comprises a first, upper, half-shell and a
second, lower, half shell coupled in a gas-tight manner, one of said
first and second half shells being made of metal material, the other
being made of polymeric material.

RESUMEN
The aim of the invention is to devise a switch module (1) for mediumvoltage switchgear (24), which module allows a compact and
space-saving design of the medium-voltage switchgear (24). The
switch module (1) for medium-voltage switchgear (24) according to
the invention has a housing (2) which is provided with fastening
means (11) for holding elements (9) and fastening elements (10) of
switching devices arranged in the switch module (1) in such a
manner that the housing (2) can be embodied as an insulating
housing and as a support housing for the switching devices.
The aim of the invention is to devise a switch module (8) for mediumvoltage switchgear, which module has a compact and spacesaving design. The switch module (8) for medium-voltage switchgear
according to the invention has a circuit breaker (1) having at least
one vacuum interrupter (2) with a stationary contact connecting pin
(3) and a moving contact connecting pin (4), the stationary contact
connecting pin (3) being electrically connected to a bushing-type
insulator (5) and being mechanically retained thereby.
The invention relates to a gas insulated medium voltage switchgear
with a 3 position disconnector device for 3 electric phases on one
common rotatable driveshaft. In order to realize a common
construction, the three position disconnector device for three phases
is arranged in one common functional unit, which has a base plate
and a frame, and which can be mounted in a switchgear housing, in
that way, that the baseplate and/or the frame is after the mounting
a part of a gastight housing of the switchgear.

The invention relates to an improvement to the thermal load
capacity of generator switches (20, 21, 22). As is known, radiation
plates (5, 50, 51, 52) are used between generator switches (20, 21,
22) for different phases (R, Y, B) for convective dissipation of radiated
heat from adjacent encapsulation side walls (30b). According to the
invention, in the vicinity of the encapsulation cover (3a) of a
generator switch (20, 21, 22), the radiation plate (5, 50, 51, 52) has at
least one angled metal sheet (50a) which is used to guide at least
one air flow element (9) of the rising air flow (9) in the direction of the
encapsulation cover (3a) and in order to direct the flow along the
encapsulation cover (3a). Exemplary embodiments include:
radiation plates (5, 50, 51, 52) electrically and thermally isolated from
the housing (3); radiation plates (5, 50, 51, 52.) with horizontally
deflecting air guidance structures (5la, SIc) on the inner face (Sa);
angled metal sheet (50a) whose inclination is matched to a
flattened area (30a) on the encapsulation cover (3a); angled metal
sheet (50a) directed at cooling elements (6) on the encapsulation
cover (3a). Advantages include: generator switches (20, 21, 22) with
improved heat emission, increased rated current carrying capacity,
and/or a more compact configuration.
