(b) The$1000CashGiveawayContest*(the“Contest”)isopentoU.S.residents,18
yearsofageorolder,exceptemployeesofallAlphaMedia,MSnap/Marketron,
Aptivada(collectively,the“Sponsors”),othertelevisionandradiostationsinall
MarketAreas,andtheiraffiliates,subsidiaries,advertisingorpromotionagencies
(ifany),membersoftheirrespectivefamiliesorpersonslivinginthesame
household.ThisPromotionissubjecttoallapplicablefederal,state,andlocallaws
andregulations.VoidoutsidetheUnitedStatesandwhereprohibited.

secretkeywordwillbegivenovertheair.Whenyouhearthesecretkeywordyou
have1hourtotextthekeywordto77000.Onerandomlistenerwillbechosen
andcontactedviathephonenumbertheyusedtotextin(thecalltothelistener
willbecomingfroman“UNKNOWN”or______number)hourslateronthesame
dayorfollowingday.IFcontactismadewiththerandomlychosenlistener,they
willbeawarded$1000.Keywordentrywindowtimeis1hourfromthetimethe
cueisplayed.

Sponsorsreservetherighttoawardanyprizesthatarenotclaimedbydatein
futurepromotionsconductedbytheSponsors.
(b) Oddsofwinningdependonnumberofparticipants
(c) Allwinnerinformationwillbecollectedatthetimeofwinning.Theinformation
willbesenttotheappropriatelocalmarkettoissuea$1000checktothewinner.
Thisprocesswilltake6-8weeksbeforewinnerwillbenotifiedtopickupcheck.
Anyprizeorprizecertificatenotclaimedwithin60daysofnotificationwillbe

ByparticipatingintheContest,thewinnerorwinners(or,inthecaseofaminor,
theirparent/legalguardian)agreetohavetheirname,voice,orlikenessusedinany
advertisingorbroadcastingmaterialrelatingtothisContest,andtosignapublicity
release,affidavitofeligibilityandreleaseofliabilitypriortoacceptanceofthe
