oNTRAK™ OnTrak provides simple ticketing automation to enterprises that currently have manual ticketing systems. OnTrak is intuitive, reliable, compatible with the most popular operating systems, adaptable to a wide variety of industries, configurable and does not require an in-house IT staff to keep it functioning properly. Reports are available listing customers, products, haulers, trucks, jobs and transactions. They can be printed, viewed on a screen, exported to PDF or MS-Excel* format. Transaction information is stored in a comprehensive set of database tables. They include: Users – Operators and administrators are listed in this database. Operators can process transactions and add transient trucks. Main Screen Administrators can perform those functions and also add additional administrators and operators, customers, products, haulers, trucks, jobs, change prices/discounts, adjust tax rates, select business rule options and edit or delete existing entries. Customer – The customer database allows the addition of customer ID numbers, names, Bill To address, Ship To address, contact name, phone, fax, notes and charges. Customer reports can be run from this database. Administrators can also configure specific customer ticket formats, with up to 500 characters, for each customer. The standard ticket format supports a virtually unlimited number of characters. Product – The product database contains Product ID, Name, Price, Minimum Charge, Description, Notes and Charges. The Product Report feature creates a list of all of the products along with vital detail such as price and minimum charge. Hauler – The Hauler database includes fields for name, address, contact, phone, fax, trucks and charges. Haulers can have multiple trucks in their fleet. Customer, Product, and Hauler databases all feature the unique and convenient “Broken Rules” prompt section that alerts the operator or administrator to any incomplete or improperly entered customer data. It even has spell checking for notes, product descriptions and ticket editors. Truck – The truck database includes truck ID, name, hauler, default customer, default product, default job, minimum weight, maximum weight, tare type, tare value, date of acquired tare, tare expiration date and insurance status. Tare weights can be acquired from the scale using the truck entry/edit screen. Tare types include, keyed, weighed (in/out) and stored. 230 West Coleman Street Rice Lake, WI 54868 • USA TEL: 715-234-9171 • FAX: 715-234-6967 www.ricelake.com Transaction Report *MS-Excel is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. © 2008 Rice Lake Weighing Systems 03/08 Specifications subject to change without notice Job – The Job database includes Job ID, Name, Customer, Activity Status, Notes, Special Pricing and Charges. The discounts can be used on any job, thus eliminating the need to set up a separate discount for each job. Charges – Charge rates can be set for each customer, hauler, job and product. Choices include Taxable and Non-Taxable Weight Based, Price Based, Fixed and TAX. Transaction – Transactions can be categorized by either shipping or receiving. A default parameter is available for normal operation in shipping or receiving mode. Completed transactions are stored in a database. Active or incomplete transactions can be viewed on the main program screen called “In Process Trucks”. This screen shows Truck ID, Weigh in time, weight, product, customer and job.
