Debit Journal Entry
A debit is when your parents account increase with money they owe, this
happens when you charge them for services, registration fees, products or
journal fixes
Quick Guide…









Go to your AdminOnline dashboard
Click on the “Accounting” button
Highlight the account you wish to do a debit
A table appears for you to complete
Journal categories are as follows
Invoice normal – Charge for your normal services
Invoice other – Charge for a unique item or product
Invoice registration – Charge for a registration fee
Journal debit – Charge to correct an account

Go to your AdminOnline Dashboard
Click on your “Accounting” button
Highlight the account you want to debit
Select debit or credit
A table appears to do your journals
Under “Journal Category” you have the following…
 Invoice normal – is used when you are charging your clients for a service, even
prorata of the service
 Invoice other – is used when you charge for an item or product
 Invoice registration – is used when you are charging for a registration fee
 Journal debit – is used when you do a correction and it must be a charge
Later on you can pull up a report on the different categories of transactions
