SAGE VIP BUILDING (EPSILON) Cnr Aramist Ave and Southern Cross St - Waterkloof Glen Ext 2 - Pretoria - Gauteng 4 Star Green Star SA – Office v1 Design Rating Achieved in June 2013 SAGE VIP is a five floor building in Menlyn Maine precinct with five basements. The roof top space is used to cultivate vegetables for the canteen and provides a magnificent breakout space for employees working in the building. TOTAL POINTS: Sustainable building features include: POINTS ALLOCATION: The design focused on providing excellent indoor environmental quality for the staff ensuring the health and wellbeing of the staff. The garden provides fresh seasonal vegetables to the canteen. 54 MANAGEMENT INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY The systems provide high levels of fresh air, and avoid indoor pollutants. ENERGY The building has access to magnificent views of Pretoria from the office space, and the roof top garden provides a unique space for the staff to relax and mingle with their colleagues.
