Post Indoor Photograph List
Purpose
There is a requirement that as a Business, Programme, Project that we demonstrate what
changes we have made to units to support the investment that has been made, Indoor
changes are potentially the most visible that you will make to a unit therefore can you please
use a camera to take a few pictures of the unit post Indoor changes.
Camera Shots
We would like a shot of the unit post changes, preferably from the same location as you took
the pre Indoor changes; as high up as is safely attainable to get a wide picture of the unit. If
the shots could be taken when there are minimum amounts of staff around this would be
appreciated; as this will show the changes clearer. Please use any camera available to you
(phone cameras will be fine if you have nothing larger / better).

Please upload the photos to the appropriate folder on the Sharepoint site and display on the
'transformation journey' board.
Post Indoor Photo Checklist
Mark the photos taken against the checklist to ensure a comprehensive gallery of pre Indoor
flow changes. The checklist below is not exhaustive but is a minimum requirement.
