Create a timeline with words and illustrations of the major battles of the Civil War from 18611865 using most of the events and people above in your note cards and notes. Major battles
are defined as those that are covered in class and/or mentioned in your textbook. Make sure to
explain the significance of the battle in addition to the facts. You can do this assignment in one
of two ways: with a regular timeline or on Microsoft Excel (remember to renumber the years).
