What is Global Warming?

Global Warming is
caused when people
pollute the earth. Green
house gases thicken the
atmosphere, which
makes sun beams stay
in the earth’s
atmosphere and that
makes the earth very
hot. If its too hot
everything on the earth
starts to die, so recycle!
:)
Cause of Global Warming
One cause of global warming is
electrical pollution.
 The first fact about electrical pollution is
when ever we use energy, we pollute
the air.
 The second fact of electrical pollution is
in order to create energy you have to
burn fossil fuels.

Cause of Global Warming
A second cause of global warming is
deforestation, which is when we cut
down lots of trees.
 The second fact is when trees are cut
down there is less carbon dioxide
absorbed and it goes up into the
atmosphere.

What is Energy?
Energy is a feeling of possessing much
strength and vitality.
 We use energy for running, swimming,
playing, and much much more.
 The difference between renewable and
non renewable energy is that renewable
energy never runs out but non
renewable energy does run out.

Fossil Fuels

Burning fossils, especially
dinosaur fossils, and then
using the gas for energy.

Can be used whether or
not there is sun or wind, as
opposed to wind or solar
power.

There will be no more
dinosaur fossils and the
green house gases go into
the atmosphere.
Renewable energy

Renewable energy sources include
wind, solar, or hydropower.

It doesn’t pollute the air and doesn’t
release green house gases and is
reusable.

As a result the air is cleaner.
What is Recycling?
Recycling is when people reuse some things
that can be recycled instead of throwing
them away.
 Reduce, reuse, RECYCLE!!!
 Can, bottles, paper, cardboard.

Why Should We Recycle?

We should recycle because there will be
more trees.

The second reason we should recycle is
so we can live a peaceful life.

The third reason we should recycle is so
everyone can breath better.
How Do We Recycle?
When you are finished with something
you can recycle it, including cans, paper,
bottles, and cardboard.
 Put it in the recycling bin and carry it out
to the curbside.
