Innovations helped to change the citizen’s lives, taking away jobs done by hand that took days to complete. Industries got the job done quicker. 11. How did technological innovations bring about economic growth? Citizens moved from small farms rural area to big cities. People in the cities were able to find jobs and get paid more than what they would on a farm.
