BREAKFAST Advantages Of Not Skipping Breakfast  Improved concentration and performance in the classroom  More strength and endurance to engage in physical activity  Better Cholesterol levels  More energized What a Healthy Breakfast Looks Like Stay away from foods that are high in high fructose corn syrup FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT An apple a day keeps the doctor away  Apples are low in calories  100 g of fresh fruit slices provide just 50 calories  Apples contain no saturated fats or cholesterol. Fruit will help keep you alive. Vegetables are IMPORTANT!!! And you can make them taste better  You can actually make vegetables taste better!  Don’t boil your veggies, It loses taste.  The water soluble vitamins end up down the sink when boiling the water.  Adding low fat butter or sauces.  Use tasty accompaniments.
