Judges
• Remind the judges to verify during breaks and
at the end.
• If the judges verify after a group has finished.
Print out the recaps and the announcer sheet
for that group and stuff the envelopes. (Less
to do at the end)
• At the end, tell the judges that they only need
to verify starting with group 4A (for example)
Runners
• Make sure you have at least two runners.
– Ask them to put the sheets in numeric order, and
to make sure the judges have added and signed
their sheets
• Remind the runners not to disturb the judges
while they are judging or writing
