buildings derive their names. The space between the buildings will include a publicly
accessible 'green passage' with restaurants, cafeterias and other places to work and
relax. The complex will ultimately provide 84,000 sqm of space. Its first building, X, will
provide 21,000 sqm and will be delivered to market in Q4 2017. In the neighborhood, the
construction of the first of Spark complex's three buildings continues apace. The area
between the buildings with the ultimate office space of over 70,000 sqm, will include a
park with a water mist feature, an amphitheater, restaurants and other amenities. What
is more, beehives will be installed on the terrace of one of the buildings. The first building
will be delivered to market in Q1 2018.
Both Generation Park and Spark will apply for LEED Platinum certificate. Both complexes,
just as all office projects developed by Skanska, will comprise universal working places
for people with special needs. The office parks will undergo “Objects without Barriers”
certification – for buildings available for people with disabilities, the elderly and those
who cannot speak Polish.
