LUISA RAMIREZ
M.S. Physical Therapy, Certified Personal Trainer NASM-CPT, Bilingual
Fitness is meant to be fun for a lifetime, and is about making positive changes and improving your quality of life. As a health and fitness professional I

and weight loss. My training programs are safe, individualized, and designed to prevent injuries and achieve efficient functional movement. I have
experience training high-risk populations, individuals with ACL, rotator cuff, knee surgeries, back problems, hip replacement, post-stroke, TBI, SCI, and
clients ages 18 to 100 years.
JAE RAUSCH
Certified Personal Trainer, NASM
I found my passion for fitness and health 8 years ago after giving birth to my first child. I lost over 30 pounds after my pregnancy, and fitness became
a part of my life. Over time, I began to train and educate my family and friends on how to live a healthy lifestyle. In 2015, I trained and placed in a NPC
bodybuilding competition. Anything is possible if you put your heart into it. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and customizing programs to
meet an individual’s needs. I look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals and discovering how adopting a healthy lifestyle can change your life.
KATRIN SHIELDS
Certified Personal Trainer, NASM, TRX Suspension Certified
My love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle started with high school sports. Along with my regular fitness routines I have participated in biathlons and
runs up to a half marathon. My training focuses on dynamic and functional workouts as well as sports-specific exercises geared to improve my client's
strength, conditioning and well-being. While trying to resolve my own issues with back and other joint pain, I have developed stretching, foam rolling
and strengthening routines which help me to enrich my clients with knowledge that allows them to work on their own discomforts. Since proper nutrition
is vital to the fitness and weight loss formula, basic nutritional advice is also part of my training. My passion is to empower my clients through exercise
and fitness knowledge so they may create a more balanced lifestyle.
BILL TROTMAN
B.S. Kinesiology
I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BS in Kinesiology. Being physically fit is a lifestyle to me, and that’s why I am committed to

Program as well as The University of Houston Sports Performance Program. I am able to tailor sports specific programs for individuals, functional
exercises as well as weight loss programs. I also have experience working with individuals who have high risk health issues including those who need
rehabilitation.
TRISHA TURNER
NASM CPT, Spinning, TRX, RPM, USAT Certified Triathlon Coach
I am an avid triathlete, runner, and cyclist. I am a 3x Ironman finisher and have completed the MS150 along with many other races. My journey in
fitness began after surviving melanoma in 2008; it pushed me to put myself first. I like to put the FUN back into FITNESS through the use of new
equipment, education, and a variety of exercises. I have been the trainee and the trainer so I understand the struggle of my clients and strive to
provide high quality training. Success isn’t just about what you accomplish; it’s about what you inspire others to do. I look forward to sharing my
enthusiasm and honesty to develop a plan to improve your health!
