Comparative Anatomy of the Gastro-Intestinal Tract Purpose A resource for A-level Biology students studying the digestive system. It could be used as an extension or homework task. Learning Objectives 1. Compare and discuss the anatomical differences of the digestive tract from different domestic species and relate these differences to their functions. 2. Describe the anatomy and physiology of the digestive system in a species of your choice. Student Instructions Your task is to use all of the above terms to produce a concept map. You must clearly annotate on your map how each of the terms are linked.
