Coconut Water contains a natural abundance of vitamins (especially the B vitamins), minerals and trace elements

istory:
Coconut Water has been a favorite beverage of Asian and Pacific cultures for thousands of years. The Hawaiians
called it “noelani” which means “dew from the heavens”.
Our CocOganic™ is organically grown in the Philippine islands by subsistence farmers using traditional
sustainable farming practices including intercropping with compatible native species and fertilisation with
palm fronds and natural sea salt. Many of the trees are so healthy, they are still producing at 60 to 80 years of
age. Warmed by the sun and watered by almost daily tropical downpours, coconuts grow year round in the
Philippines. In fact, the Philippines is the world’s largest producer of coconuts! In order to support sustainable
coconut growing, NP Nutra partners with Philippine organic organizations that provide regular training for
growers, supplies organic coconut seedlings at cost, and offers record keeping and certification assistance and
financial incentives.
When coconuts reach optimum ripeness at 9 to 10 months
of age, they are hand harvested using traditional
harvesting tools and immediately processed.
