They require solutions that know how to handle high temperatures, unusual flow characteristics, and various bulk densities and packaging materials. The different speeds of two separately driven conveyor belts enable gentle handling – in particular for the sensitive goods of the building materials, chemical, or food and beverage industries. The clamp turning device aligns bagged goods with the help of a special gripping clamp. It can palletise up to 1,200 bags per hour. When bags with good form stability are to be palletised in high quantities, the doublefinger gripper is the right module: It can position up to 1,900 bags per hours for palletising. Whether bagged goods or cardboard packaging, the fork gripper has both types firmly in grip whilst gently handling products and placing them down precisely. For example, it can process up to 600 bags per hour. The powerful double-fork gripper stacks bagged goods and cardboard packaging at up to 900 bags per hour – for instance, by moving two bags per pass. For packages with suctionable surfaces, the suction gripper is recommended: It can stack up to 400 packages per hour whilst handling the product gently. It can also be used to reliably palletise unstable packaged goods. Integration of an additional pallet gripper module makes it possible, for example, to automatically feed empty pallets without using an additional empty pallet handling system. For packages with good form stability and parallel side walls, that is for palletising cartons, the parallel gripper is the right choice: It can stack up to 600 cartons per hour.
