SPOTLIGHT DC 75-300 Power Supply for Arc Lamps The DC 75-300 Lab Power Supply is a current-regulated D.C power supply designed to operate with any short arc mercury and xenon lamps between 3 to 22A up to 30kV. Tested on many of the lamps available on the market, the DC75-300 Lab Power Supply has been especially designed for optimum operation with mercury, xenon and mercuryxenon light sources. The “State of the Art” electronic design provides efficient operation free from electrical noise (stability better than 1%). The ignition high voltage is provided by an electronical ignitor, included in the lab Power Suuply. This electronic ignitor supplies a 30kV pulsed high voltage which minimizes electromagnetic disturbance so harmful to electronical instrumentation located nearby. An auxiliary output, located on the rear panel, provides a 24V/DC voltage especially designed for connection with fans or low consumption accessories. The DC75-300 lab Power Supply has been designed to operate from nominal 110/220V 50/60Hz main supply. For operator convenience, the 110/220V switch is located on the rear panel, included in the main line socket. The DC75-300 is delivered with a LCD timer, located on the front panel. This timer, graduated in tenths or an hour, provides important information on lamp life time. The electronical design of both power supply and ignitor, makes for a very compact unit. With small dimensions and low weight (approx. 3.8kg - 15.2lb), the DC75-300 Arc Lamp Power Supply is dedicated for operation in laboratories.
