THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KIRKLAND LAKE
By-Law 15-100
A by-law to Authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to Execute a Contract for the Supply Only
of Screened Sand for Winter Sanding
Project R-481-15
with D.M. Young Trucking
WHEREAS public tenders were called for the stockpiling of screened sand for winter sanding per Contract
Number R-481-15; and
WHEREAS upon review it has been recommended to the Council of the Town of Kirkland Lake that D.M.
Young Trucking be awarded the contract for the supply, only, of stockpiled screened sand.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KIRKLAND LAKE
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1)
The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a contract with D.M. Young Trucking, in the
amount of $20,650.00 + HST, for the supply of screened sand for winter sanding per
specifications found in Contract Number R-481-15.
