its clients mainly in the sector of Bank-Insurance,Telco and Retail. The offering of VADIS focuses on
linking marketing actions with data by designing data models, and exploiting data through predictive
models, segmentation (clustering), reporting, graph analysis, etc. VADIS wants to be a leader in
analytical decision systems by providing best services in this area as well as building the most exiting
and intelligent pieces of software.
Job Description
VADIS searches for experienced Data Mining Consultants that could manage projects using advanced
analytics and take full responsibility in project achievement. This position will involve
 Translating business problem and potential actions into a decision process based on
predictive modelling, KPI’s, and data model
 Develop data processes & industry specific templates in accordance with our procedures, and
standards in order to build data ready for analytics
 Build predictive models and segmentation for marketing applications in customer retention,
acquisition, and growth or in Fraud detection. Lead a team on junior consultant in doing this as
well.
 Lead projects; manage their budget and timelines, and present results in a business
environment.
 Lead the implementation of a solution within VADIS or within the client’ site to productize
processes using model predictions
 Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a working methodology
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
 2 to 4 years' extensive experience in predictive modelling and segmentation, including data
preparation
 Advanced degree in data analysis, statistics, data mining or related field
 Strong talents in both quantitative and qualitative assessments, analytical and conceptual
thinker
 Business oriented mind in order to understand the concerns of business users and being able
to establish a true communication with them when presenting results;
 Team player with positive and ownership attitude
 Experience in project management
 Multi-lingual FR/NL/EN
