Things we have done already: SWBAT communicate the changed patterns in DNA, RNA and amino acid sequences when mutations occur. SWBAT graphically represent changes in amino acid sequences between species. SWBAT identify patterns in anatomical structures of different species. SWBAT provide a written comparison of embryological development between drastically different species. SWBAT create a fossil timeline for descendant species to track the visible changes over time. What you will do for your summative assessment: SWBAT synthesize information about the 4 different types of evidence for change over time and argue why one evidence type is more reliable than others.
