IT ALL BEGINS AS A PROBLEM IDENTIFIED
- The vast potentials/talents resident in youth have not been
fully discovered, developed and harnessed by the society.
- Many factors in our society have contributed to youths being
deprived of the basic necessities of life: food, clothing, shelter &
the right to free education.
- Being so dis-empowered, they are unable to make any
significant positive change / contribution to their society.
- Their minds are being polluted daily by Agents of Violence (in
all forms) and Societal disorder. In a bid to survive or make ends
meet, many youths choose to engage in all forms of crime and
evil – offering their talents/self for the destruction of their lives
and society.
IT GROWS INTO A NEED AND PLAN FOR ACTION
- We must re-orientate today’s youth and make them realize
who they really are and their potential power to control the
various factors influencing their style of life/behaviour using the
greatest assets they have (their time and talent)
- We must provide a set of Empowerment tools designed to lift
today’s youths out of their present critical condition.
- We must create a global chain of opportunities and resources,
securely networked and made available to youths of every age,
creed, colour and tribe.
- We must challenge and motivate youths to use their unique
and diverse talents to make their world a better place.

TALENTS WEB: is the basic empowerment community of
TALENTS WORLD. It provides youths with their own space on the
world wide web ( myname.talentsweb.org ) where they can express
themselves, find youths with similar interests and create / manage
groups revolving round a particular talent or hobby.
Features of the TALENT WEB program website include:
Extensible User Profile, Blogging, Photo Gallery, Video Gallery,
Comments/ Rating / Tagging, Talent Group creation and
management, Privacy & Security, Customized Look & Feel,
Aggregation Pages, Integrated Search, Upload from Mobile devices,
Message Board, Shared Media, Private Messages, User Hub
(activity/content associated with each user, friends/groups of user),
Interactive Media Player, Broadcasts etc.

TALENTS DISCUSS: an empowerment arena where youths
meet to discuss and share ideas on a particular hobby, topic or
issue. Just as birds of the same feather flocking together, Youths
talented in a particular field or hobby meet to share ideas and
experiences, building great friendship while planning / initiating
a change project. Communication is made possible using the
latest technologies i.e.. instant messages, conference chat,
webcam, pc to pc phone call etc.
Participants earn credits for being active at the program
(awarded by a Program moderator / automated scripts). Credits
which can be converted to cash and transferred / redeemed via
the Talents World networked websites.

TALENTS NETWORK: an empowerment tool or program
that enables young talents to build their own network of friends,
clients and resources with an easy online contact, client and
resource management system. The program also enables
members to manage a full featured lucrative online network
business through an easy to use web browser interface. Earning
commissions from membership recruitments, products /service
reselling, contract commissions, advertisement revenue etc.
members manage a multiple stream income business from one
central point. 'MY TALENT NETWORK WEBSITE‘. New Members
will need a referee, (an already existing member to join the
network. In a sense a referrer's Talent Network site is just a
single page. The only difference is that one can learn how to
create his/hers from it and use it to communicate with millions of
people/ manage his or her chosen ventures.

TALENTS CREATE: An empowerment program or activity
that motivates young talents to use their talents to create new
products beneficial to society and can yield life long benefits or
royalties to program participants. The requirements of each
product/project are calculated / documented from the very
onset and each contribution is valued as shares. Examples of
Project may include: Publishing a new book, Creating a new
Movie etc. Writers Contribute articles, Artists contribute
drawings / Photos, Designers contribute time designing,
Funders contribute cash etc. The product is created and a
reputable marketing agency is contacted to market the product
while program participants also support the marketing efforts
using their TALENT NETWORK site. At the end of chosen periods,
returns from the project are distributed to program participants
based on the number of shares owned

TALENTS DISPLAY: Is an empowerment activity / program
that provides members / participants with an avenue to
showcase their creative works / talents via the program website
and at program events, getting noticed by Producers, Publishers
around the globe.

TALENTS INVEST: Is an empowerment activity or program
that provides young talents / participants with a concrete and
workable long term and short term financial investment plan
which they can easily fit into. Youths are expected to invest a
certain percentage of money (owned or acquired through the
Talents World Empowerment programs) and receive returns
after a specified period. (Program Management is done by
reputable investment companies/experts while TALENTS
WORLD acts as facilitator/moderator.
A micro credit finance scheme of money revolving round
members of each group is also made available to participants
who may want use it to startup a lucrative business whilst
fulfilling an easy repayment plan.

TALENTS INSPIRE: Also known as Inspiration World is an
empowerment arena where youths come together to find
inspiration. By submitting / bringing to our notice (submitting
links to), Inspirational articles, poems, stories, art, music, videos
etc. that they either created or stumbled across while surfing the
web or going about their daily activities. By sharing experiences
on how they dealt with / overcame life situations, other youths
who are down or emotionally disturbed can easily find inspiration,
comfort and hope to forge ahead with life.
Youth Counselors will be available on the program site to counsel
youth facing diverse crises.

TALENTS TRAINING: Is an empowerment arena where
Young Talents meet to develop their knowledge / skills in a
particular field or hobby using the latest web technologies /
training materials developed by Talents World and her Global
Partners.

the basic empowerment program of Talents World that enables
youths earn money or affiliate commissions simply by inviting
other youths to join or upgrade their membership in TALENTS
WORLD, her sub-networks and empowerment programs.
