Each year at Christmas, we decorate the front of our sanctuary with a bank of Poinsettias flowers. If you would like to share in this project as a memorial or in honor of a loved one, please send this form and a check payable to “FPC – Flower Fund” to FPC, 10 East Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822, or place both in the offering plate. Suggested price is $10.00. This form will tell us how you would like the acknowledgement to appear in the bulletin. PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY. Thank you so much for helping to beautify our sanctuary for our Christmas services. Unless indicated otherwise, the plants will be delivered to someone who is in the hospital, a nursing home, a shut-in at home, sick, or recently bereaved. Deadline to order flowers is Sunday, December 18th.
