Responsible all aspects of network administration, everything from user creation to router configuration, from
DR, Backup & performance of all network devices, applications, servers and routers, switches, PC’s, printers & all
end users devices in a multi-company, multi-domain heterogeneous environment. Network consisted of 4
domains in 4 geographical locations. Maintain domains (i.e. create user & computer accounts, create service
accounts, check replication, upgrade domain & forests levels, Group Policy) Maintain and upgraded network
applications (Symantec AV). Maintain mail servers (create mailboxes, increase mailbox sizes, install certificates,
create connectors, check queue, on Exchange 2007, 2003), Database servers (create logins, debugMS SQL
2000, 2005, 2008, AS/400), File shares (NFS, CIF, SFTP), Tape libraries, End users (Mac OSX, Win98-Win8.1),
mobile devices ( iPhone, Windows phone, Android).
 Configured replacement Cisco ASA 5510 when flash became corrupted with no down time.
 Tested & Upgraded ASA & ASDM software for Cisco routers.
 Planning phase of combining the four different domains to be children domains in one forest under one parent
domain.
 Upgraded Cisco VPN client to Cisco Anyconnect client for Windows & Mac’s through ASDM & Group policy with
WMI filters.
 Configured new network with multiple vlans using layer 3 & 2 managed switches. Vlan’s split for data and
video for the Winery security.
 Configured site-to-site IPSec VPN on Cisco 5520
 Upgraded & configured Symantec Endpoint protection to run by subnet instead of domain to ease network
congestion on the site-to-site VPN
 Fixed replication problems on Windows 2008R2 DC’s in Florida and Pennsylvania were having due to DNS &
Bridgehead configuration problems.
 Set up connectors in Exchange 2007, 2003 to receive emails from network devices (environmental, Tape
backups, IPS)
 Set up and documented incremental, full and bare metal backup and restore procedures for servers.
 Set up and documented archives logs and restore procedures for MSSQL Databases.
 Fixed issues with Symantec beremote daemon on Mac OS X Server connected to Windows 2008R2 Server
