Terms of Service
January 1, 2009
BayWood is and always will be committed to a high quality of service. In order to
achieve this we need your help in these matters.
All charges must be paid in full before a horse is released from the farm for any
reason, including horse show attendance. Show fees will be billed in advance and are
due and payable prior to departure to the show. Cost of Patronship, when offered,
will be divided equally among clients. Advertising information will be provided to
you by BayWood for your planning purposes. Class A shows that fall back to back
at the same location will be charged one and one half show fee if entered and shown
in both shows, as opposed to two show fees.
Horses entered at a show and shown by more than one rider, will be charged
$100.00 per class to the additional rider. Additional rider is described as someone
who is not the owner, a member of the owners immediate family, or the trainer.
There will also be an added charge for lessons at the farm preceding the show for
the additional rider.
All training and related fees are due and payable upon receipt. Payments received
after the 15th of the month will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. Please mail all
payments directly to the business office, 600 Talia Circle, Fairview TX 75069.
Thank you,
BayWood Equestrian Center, LLC.
