In accordance with a mutual desire to promote international academic, cultural and scientific
exchange, Hasselt University (Belgium) and XXXXXX
enter into this Letter of Intent.
The two institutions deem it mutually beneficial to strengthen the bonds between the two academic
communities and to contribute to a greater understanding and communication between two
cultures. Therefore, Hasselt University and XXXXX undertake to collaborate within the framework
of XXXXXX.
All forms of cooperation or joint activities, will be developed mutually by both partners and will be
written down in a separate Agreement.
This Letter of Intent shall be effective after approval by the appropriate authorities of the
universities. It will remain in effect for a period of maximum 1 year. This Letter of Intent is nonbinding and does not impose any legal or financial obligations or liabilities on either party.
