Ingredients
-4 tablespoons butter or margarine
-3 pounds
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-3- tablespoons flour
-1 tablespoon sugar

Directions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter
and brown chicken breasts; remove and set aside.
2. In same skillet, add flour, sugar, and seasoning;
stir until a paste is form. Gradually stir in orange
juice; stir constantly until mixture thickens and
comes to a boil.
3. Return chicken breasts to skillet and cover.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 to 40 minutes
until chicken is tender and no longer pink in center.
4. Serve with rice and sauce. Garnish with orange
slices and cilantro, if desired.
