Conditions for reservation of site
1.
Reserved pitches are available from 1p.m on the date of arrival. They must be vacated before midday on the
date of departure.
2.
Pitches are kept until 1p.m the next day of the date of arrival. After this period, and with no news from you,
the pitch will be vacated and the amount already paid will be forfeited.
In the event of cancellation received more than one month before the date of arrival, your deposit, less
booking fees, will be returned, otherwise no refund can be made

Reservations are from Saturday till Saturday with a minimal stay of 1 week. Except special offers and Ecolodge
+ Nautil Home 9.3 in high season.
The price is for the number of persons indicated maximum. It is including gaz, water and electricity charges.
The cleaning of the accommodation is for charge of the tenant.
No pets in our accommodation.
A deposit against damage, loss and breakages of 200 € is payable on arrival. It may be retained by the campsite
if the accommodation is not left in perfect condition or if equipment is missing or damaged.
Please remember to bring your household linen, sheets and towels.
CANCELLATION : a cancellation has to be done by registered post. In the event of cancellation received more
than one month before the date of arrival, the campsite keeps your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before
your arrival, you will have to pay the total cost of your stay.
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE PAYEMENT :A deposit of 25 % of total amount has to be paid. No booking fees
The balance has to be paid maximum 30 days before arrival at least. In case of paiement by credit card,
we will automatically debit the balance 30 days before your arrival. If you book less than 30 days, you will
have to pay the total cost of your stay.
No refund will be made for a late arrival or an earlier departure.
