EUROPEAN COMPUTER DRIVING LICENCE – MODULE 5 SYLLABUS VERSION 4 – MOCK 2 DATABASE The following test for Module 5 Database is based on opening and editing a database called Mock 2. In the test you will create a small table and enter some data, establish a simple relationship between two tables, design queries that will extract data from the database and create simple forms and reports. Remember to save any changes you make. To pass you need to obtain 24 out of 32 marks. 1 Open the Answer file Mock 2 on your Candidate Disk and 4 Marks attempt Questions 1, 2, 3 and 4. Save and close the Answer file Mock 2. 2 Open the Mock 2 database from your Candidate Disk. Save the form as Order Form. 1 Mark Open the New Stock form and modify the header New Stock to be green, size 16. 1 Mark 20 Open the Order Form form and print the first record. 1 Mark 21 Create a report using all the fields from the Plants table. (Accept default settings). Save the report as Products. 1 Mark Move the date from the bottom to the top of the Products report. Do not obscure any other objects in the report. 1 Mark Change the Products report orientation to landscape, save and close. 1 Mark Create a report using the Orders table, grouped by Garden Centre only, which will show the total spent on orders by each Garden Centre.
