Senior Program Director, - Program Administration
Attainment of Master’s Degree or higher in Human Services Field. Full licensure in State of

Director, Client Services
Master’s degree or higher in human services field with full State of Michigan licensure. This
position will oversee the change management and activities of the ACCESS/Intake program,
crisis stabilization program, front desk/lobby operations and centralized scheduling, and
ensures the smooth operation of the departments when responding to internal and external
requests. Responsible for the overall leadership of the Client Services team. Must have
ability to balance providing strong clinical support and holding the team accountable for
administrative issues. Excellent communication skills required. Ability to solve complex client

Foster Care Specialist, Child Welfare
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal
Justice, Human Services related field, or where 25% of the course credit earned
is in the human services field. Experience in foster care case work desirable but
not required. Preferred knowledge or experience in working with the agency’s
target population; Knowledge of social problems and concerns common to the
target group; and experience working in a community setting. Must have reliable
transportation and a valid driver’s license.
YASS Specialist, - Young Adult Self Sufficiency Program (Child Welfare)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or
Mental Health related field with social work. State License required.
This position will work the afternoon shift 4pm-12:00am in the Crisis Care
Unit. Must be trained and have 1 year of supervised experience in the
examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families.
Knowledge of various systems operating in Wayne County(CMH, DHS,
Court, Schools,etc.). Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
with good record. Good written and verbal skills Experience in case
management preferred. Willing and able to provide services in homes.
Assists the client in gaining access to needed medical, social,
educational and other services. Coordinate services to meet client
goals. Ability to provide and assist the clinician with documentation and
follow up care.
Adoption Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal
Justice, Human Services related field, or where 25% of the course
credit earned is in the human services field. Experience in adoptions
and knowledge of Child Welfare. Must have automobile, valid driver’s
license and insurance. Ability to work within the mission statement of
the Agency. Coordinates living services and placement supervision
for youth, ages 16-21, within the child welfare system in accordance
with applicable contractual and regulatory requirements and
accreditation standards. Assist with the recruitment of adoptive
families and/or children. Maintain client caseload. Prepare children
and families through the adoption process.
Licensing Specialist, Child Welfare
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal
Justice, Human Services related field, or where 25% of the course
credit earned is in the human services field. Experience working with
the public and knowledge of the Foster Care System and Child
Welfare. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be
extremely organized and able to follow through with paper work. The
major function of this position includes participation in the generation
of program resources and in the design and development of program

Foster Home. Conduct initial, annual, renewal and special evaluation

High school diploma required. Some college preferred. Receptionist or

Client Service Specialist II, Client Services

Center’s (TCC) first contact with our customers. All Client Services Specialist
will greet each customer in a professional and friendly manner while
demonstrating the Agency’s Core Values. TCC’s perform task related to
different functions when includes They include: arranging appointments for
clinical staff.When a problem persists regarding a booked schedule or when a
patient shows up late for an appointment, the client services scheduler has to
find solutions to clear up the problem. If a patient does not show up for an
appointment, the client services scheduler has to notify the clinician about
adjusting the schedule. This position may also have to assist or cover for the
receptionist during business hours. This includes answering telephones,
greeting patients when they arrive and leave and talking with patients regarding
their appointment.

electronic appointment system, coordinating and overseeing department
meetings, handling invoices, patient reminder phone calls, working with the

Clinician, Family Bereavement/Family Services
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with licensure
