HEALING
HEALING TODAY!
Every loving Father desires his children to be well. How much more our Heavenly Father desires
you to be well and whole.
Just a brief testimony. Some time back, when Jim and I were visiting a Church in Uganda, Jim
ministered on the importance of Water Baptism, and that it should be full immersion of the person in
water and not just a sprinkling of water over the person. Water Baptism is a burial of our former life,
to rise in newness of life, and as a disciple, to follow the commands of Jesus Christ.
On the day of the water baptism, all the Church went to the lake. We were assured, that this was
the best and only place available to hold the water baptism. What we noticed on the bank of the
lake was a 2 metre high pile of rotting water snails, which were leaching into the water. The lake
looked dark, slimy and the smell was absolutely putrid and something very terrible. As a natural
precaution, everyone was advised not to swallow any of the water! Then Jim and those being water
baptised, waded out into the deeper water, and the Church Pastor, Benjamin, was the first to be
water baptised. Well Pastor Benjamin is a very tall man, and as Jim baptised him, the weight of Ps
Benjamin caused Jim to slip and so Jim was pulled under the water. You guessed it, Jim swallowed
some of the terrible water. (Jim said later the water tasted quite foul.) Then together, Jim and Ps
Benjamin, baptised all the other people. It took quite a long time, but the whole Church of about 300
people were baptised that day. Praise the Lord.
What followed during the night, and unbeknown to me, was that Jim was having a very sleepless
night. He was being severely attacked in his body, and was experiencing a very upset stomach
along with a dreadful foul taste in his mouth of what he believed to be from the poisoned water.
Eventually he woke me and suggested we do a prayer of agreement. As I prayed, what came
straight out of my mouth was the scripture and words: “…Fear not: for I have redeemed you, I have
called you by your name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and
through the rivers, they shall not overflow you…” Isaiah 43:1-2. This was truly a word from God.
Faith rose, and immediately Jim was healed! Praise the Lord. The scripture says we are to be
instant in season and out of season - even in the middle of the night! Thankfully, the word of faith
abides, and God does not sleep! Amen.
Healing is not about feelings, so do not look to feelings or symptoms, but rather look to God’s
Word.
May I encourage you, as you read and believe the following promises which are written in God’s
Word, to allow faith to rise in your heart, and then receive your healing. Amen.
“Faith comes (grows) by hearing (and believing), the Word of God.” Romans 10:17. Healing will
then be manifested because of your faith in God’s Word.
“And the Lord WILL take away from thee ALL sickness…” Deuteronomy 7:15.
“For I (God) WILL restore health unto thee, and I (God) WILL heal thee of thy wounds, saith the
Lord…” Jeremiah 30:17.
God also sent His Son, Jesus Christ, Who bore every sickness, disease, weakness and pain,
when He was scourged (whipped) and then died on the cross.
Speaking of Jesus Christ, “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and
acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we
esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem
him stricken (violently beaten), smitten (struck) of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our
transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him;
and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:3-5.

“He was despised and rejected and forsaken by men, a Man of sorrows and pains, and
acquainted with grief and sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces He was
despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any esteem for Him. Surely He has
borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains
[of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if
with leprosy]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and
iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with
the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.” Isaiah 53:3-5 Amplified Bible.
“And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the
gospel of the kingdom, and healing EVERY SICKNESS and EVERY DISEASE among the people.”
Matthew 9:35.
Jesus said “…and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the
sick, and they shall recover.” “… and [even] if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them;
they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well.” Mark 16:18.
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” Hebrews 13:8. He does not
change and still desires to heal ALL!
“He (God) giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait
upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall
run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” “He gives power to the faint and
weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making
it to abound]. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble
and fall exhausted; But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall
change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to
God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not
faint or become tired.” Isaiah 40:29-31 & Amplified Bible.
The Greek meaning for the word salvation is the word sorteria, which means to be whole. So
when the Bible speaks of salvation, God is desiring you to be made whole (spirit, soul and body).
“For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation (wholeness) have I
succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, NOW is the day of salvation
(wholeness).” “For He says, In the time of favor (of an assured welcome) I have listened to and
heeded your call, and I have helped you on the day of deliverance (the day of salvation). Behold,
now is truly the time for a gracious welcome and acceptance [of you from God]; behold, NOW is
the day of salvation!” 2 Corinthians 6:2 & Amplified Bible.
God will act when He sees faith.
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he
is (exists), and that he (God) is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.
Faith is now! “NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
“NOW faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being
the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real
fact what is not revealed to the senses].” Hebrews 11:1 & Amplified Bible.
Faith is NOW. Once you have asked, and believed (received the assurance in your heart),
healing is on its way to you!
Healing is available for ALL. Some healings are manifested immediately and some people call
these miracles. Sometimes the manifestation is within a few hours, days or weeks and so on, and
some would call this a recovery. The moment there is faith to receive healing, it is a done deal,
no matter when the healing actually manifests!

We are to be moved by what we believe in God’s Word and not by what we see or feel. Our
part is to believe and have our confidence in God’s Word.
NOW is the time for you to believe and receive healing. Amen.
DECLARE IN FAITH: “Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus
Christ. I believe Jesus Christ took every sickness, pain, weakness and disease on the cross. I am
not having this sickness, pain, weakness and disease in my body any more! I command it to leave
right NOW in the name of Lord Jesus Christ. I am a new creation; created in the image of God,
Who is perfect. Sickness, pain, weakness and disease, is no longer part of my life; I resist it. Jesus
Christ bore everything for me, and by His stripes, I believe and I receive my healing NOW, and I
AM HEALED! Thank you Lord. Amen.”
Faith without works or actions is dead. So now do some kind of action, by faith, move that arm, lift
that leg, roll your shoulders, turn your head etc!

HEALING
GOD HAS MADE A WAY FOR YOU!
God loves you. God’s Word, the Bible, is full of healing promises for God’s people. If you do not
believe in the only true God, then these wonderful promises do not apply to you. Your life will
continue to be in ruin, disease, sickness, plagues, and suffering. However, if you turn away from
your own way and false gods, and turn to and call out to the only true and living God, then there
is protection, health and long life. God’s Word says, “If my people, which are called by my
name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways;
then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (body).”
2 Chronicles 7:14.
The Prophet Isaiah wrote a book many years before Jesus Christ was even born. Part of the
passage is as follows and speaks of the sufferings Jesus Christ would go through.
Isaiah 53:3-8 “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:
and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he
hath borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses and distresses), and carried our sorrows (and
pains): yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our
transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him;
and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every
one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed,
and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter,
and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from
prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the
land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.”
Jesus Christ suffered more than any man or woman that has ever lived.
WHY DID JESUS CHRIST SUFFER ALL THIS?
To show how much God loves you. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten
Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
Jesus Christ came to do the will of His Father. “Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it
is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.” Hebrews 10:7.
God does not desire for you to perish or be destroyed. The scripture tell us, “For the Son of man
is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them.” Luke 9:56.
IS HEALING AVAILABLE FOR ALL?
Absolutely yes. “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who
went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
Acts 10:38. Sickness is an oppression from the devil, and does not come from God!
God gave Jesus. “He (God) that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how
shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:32.
God loves you so very much that He made a way for you to be healed.
Jesus Christ, bore every sickness, pain and weakness, when He was crucified on the cross.
He died and then three days later, rose from the dead. Jesus suffered all this just so you do not
have to!

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
Believe in God and His Word.
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is
(exists), and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.
Turn from your own ways and turn to God.
“If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right
in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put
(permit) none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the
LORD that healeth thee.” “Saying, If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord your God
and will do what is right in His sight, and will listen to and obey His commandments and keep
all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon you which I brought upon the Egyptians, for I
am the Lord Who heals you.” Exodus 15:26 & Amplified Bible.
God’s voice is His Word. Where do you learn God’s Word and ways? In Church.
Serve God. “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water;
and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.” Exodus 23:25.
Faith in God and His Word will heal you!
When you ask God to heal you, there must be faith. “But without faith it is impossible to please
him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.
Call out to God in faith, because He is the healer! God hears every person who calls out to Him.
“To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death.” Psalm
102:20. In answer to the groaning, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to answer every need of
mankind.
God’s Word also says “That if thou shalt CONFESS with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
BELIEVE in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
The word saved here means wholeness in spirit, soul and body. “For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation
(wholeness).” “Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and
in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the
dead, you will be saved. For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies
on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he
confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.”
Romans 10:9-10 & Amplified Bible.
“... God hath dealt (given) to every man the measure of faith.” Romans 12:3. You have faith!
So choose LIFE and agree with God’s Word and believe to receive your healing!
Your words are powerful, therefore do not speak about the sickness or negatively, but only speak
words that agree with God’s Word! For example, going forward say: “By Jesus’ stripes I am
healed!” “I am whole!” “I am healed!” “Jesus bore every sickness for me!” “I am well.”
“Fight the good fight of faith…” 1 Timothy 6:12. That means, keep believing to receive, no
matter what!
God has given to every person faith!

If you are reading this article and you need healing, just believe in God and His Word of Truth,
then lay hands on yourself and command the sickness, disease, condition or pain, to leave
in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Now, believe and declare: “By Jesus stripes I am healed”, and “thank you Lord for healing
me.” Amen.

HEALING
JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY AND FOR EVER!
Every day the sun shines. Even when we cannot see the sun on cloudy days, the sun is still there.
That is what God is like. Even though we cannot see Him, He is still there. He is like the sun; the
same, day in and day out. In fact, God has always been there. He never changes. He doesn’t have
highs and lows. He doesn’t get moody. He does not have an ‘off’ day. He does not have a day
where everything is too overwhelming for Him to handle. He does not get depressed. He does not
get stressed. He does not give up and quit. He does not stay in bed and hope the world will fade
away. He is especially never too busy to answer someone’s prayer of faith. Absolutely no! Definitely
not!
The scripture says of Him, “For I am the LORD, I change not…” Malachi 3:6. He is the same. The
scripture says of God’s Son, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.”
Hebrews 13:8.
What did Jesus do while He was here? He taught people the Word of God. He preached the Word
of God and He healed people. “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues,
and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of
disease among the people.” “And He went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and
preaching the good news (Gospel) of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every
weakness and infirmity among the people.” Matthew 4:23 & Amplified Bible.
Why did Jesus teach and preach the Word first? So faith to believe would arise in the hearts of the
listeners, so they could receive healing.
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” “So faith comes by hearing
[what is told], and what is heard comes by the preaching [of the message that came from the lips]
of Christ (the Messiah Himself).” Romans 10:17 & Amplified Bible.
Continuing on and speaking of Jesus, “And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought
unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which
were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and
he healed them.” “So the report of Him spread throughout all Syria, and they brought Him all who
were sick, those afflicted with various diseases and torments, those under the power of
demons, and epileptics, and paralyzed people, and He healed them.” Matthew 4:24 & Amplified
Bible.
Again, how did the people receive their healing? They listened to God’s Word and believed what
Jesus said. Jesus healed ALL who came to Him. Jesus did not turn anyone away.
The following scripture says Jesus healed ALL. “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the
Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of
the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10.38.
God responds to faith. “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God
must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews
11.6.
The word diligently mention here means to be search out, investigate.

In the natural, if a Doctor gave you a diagnosis and then said take this medicine three times a day
for the next four weeks and you will be well, what would you do? In the natural you would diligently
follow the Doctor’s orders. You would go home, and be diligent and take the medicine three times a
day and then get well.
Many people need healing and many people’s needs are beyond any Doctor’s medicine.
I always say “Doctors do their best, but God can do the impossible!”
What is the answer? We need to be diligent and take God’s medicine.
God’s Word is medicine and God tells us what to do.
Proverbs 4:20-27 & Amplified Bible.
V:20 “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.” “My son, attend to my
words; consent and submit to my sayings.” To attend means to give or pay attention to. What
are we to pay attention to? God’s Words.
V:21 “Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.” “Let them
not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart.” We are to be diligent and
keep looking at God’s Word and be thinking on God’s Word in our heart. We are to keep looking at
God’s Word more than the sickness.
Why?
V:22 “For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” “For they are life to
those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh.” When we keep looking at the Word of
God, it gives life and health. God’s Word always points to wholeness.
V:23 “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” “Keep and guard your
heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life.” The word
diligence mentioned here means to guard, like a prison officer or warden, watch. We are to
watchfully guard over our hearts, because what is going on in our hearts is what we really
believe. Do not let what you believe, be stolen from your heart; be on the lookout. What we believe
needs to line up with God’s Word. We should not be looking at God’s Word and then thinking in our
hearts, well this hasn’t manifested in my life yet and then worse, speaking unbelief. God’s Word
works for those who fully believe it.
V:24 “Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.” “Put away from
you false and dishonest speech, and willful and contrary talk put far from you.” Another scripture
says that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. So we would be speaking falsely
and dishonestly if we were saying words like: “God can’t heal me.” “God doesn’t love me enough to
heal me.” “God loves that person more than me, that is why they got healed and not me.” Stop.
God is no respector of persons. God loves everyone the same. What He will do for one, He desires
to do for all. As I just said, what is in our hearts will come out of our mouth, so do not think or
speak words that are contrary to God’s Word. Speak only the truth of God’s Word.
V:25 “Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.” “Let your
eyes look right on [with fixed purpose], and let your gaze be straight before you.” No need to be
double minded; in faith one moment, then out of faith. Be definite in your purpose and fix your eyes
on what you desire from God, which is wholeness in every part of you. Amen.
V:26 “Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.” “Consider well the path
of your feet, and let all your ways be established and ordered aright.” Everyone needs to be
walking in the ways of God, if they desire wellness. Just as you would follow a Doctor’s instruction
closely, so too, if you follow God’s instructions, which are in the Bible, life will get much better for
you.

V:27 “Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.” “Turn not aside to
the right hand or to the left; remove your foot from evil.” God is a good God. He desires the best
for your life. Everyone knows whether the influence or lifestyle around them is Godly or ungodly. If it
is ungodly, make a change, and choose God, then stay on His pathway, so all will be well.
JESUS WAS MOVED WITH COMPASSION
“And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward
them, and he healed their sick.” Matthew 14:14. Jesus is filled with compassion and is reaching
out to you today.
ARE YOU FOLLOWING JESUS?
“And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.” Matthew 19:2. Those that
followed Jesus were healed. No-one missed out.
You can turn to Jesus today.
“And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them
all.” Luke 6:19. Jesus did not just heal one or two, He healed ALL, even the whole multitude.
IF YOU NEED HEALING, THEN COME TO JESUS
Speaking of Jesus, “And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all
that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased; And besought him that
they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly
whole.” Mathew 14:35-36. You can touch Him today with faith, and as you do, you can be fully
restored and made perfectly whole.
“And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.” Matthew 21:14.
The temple today is God’s true Church. God is active in His Church, so when you come to Church,
healing is available and should be imparted to you by the Pastor/believers of the Church.
Also, believers individually are the temple of God. Everywhere Jim and I go, people get healed; in
offices, shopping centres, aeroplanes, restaurants, houses, Churches; wherever we are. So if you
are already a believer reading this, simply believe God to use you wherever you are. May I suggest
you give people some healing scriptures so faith arises, and then once you see faith arise and the
person is ready to be healed, then lay hands on them and impart healing. Amen.
For those reading this article who need healing, God loves you and will not fail you; He will not let
you down. God has written down in His Word which is His will concerning healing, just so you can
trust God to do what He has promised in His Word that He will do.

YOUR PART
Your part is to believe Him and His Word and see Him BIGGER than your situation.
“Blessed be the LORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he
promised: there hath NOT FAILED ONE WORD OF ALL HIS GOOD PROMISE, which he
promised by the hand of Moses his servant.” 1 Kings 8:56.
“Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched
out arm, and there is NOTHING TOO HARD FOR THEE.” Jeremiah 32:17.
“But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God ALL
THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.” Matthew 19:26.
“Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth ALL thy diseases.” “Who forgives [every one of] all
your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases.” Psalm 103:3.
“And the LORD will TAKE AWAY from thee ALL sickness…” Deuteronomy 7:15.
“For I WILL RESTORE HEALTH unto thee, and I WLL HEAL THEE OF THY WOUNDS, saith the
LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.”
“For I WILL RESTORE HEALTH TO YOU, and I WILL HEAL YOUR WOUNDS, says the Lord,
because they have called you an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no one seeks after and for
whom no one cares!” Jeremiah 30:17 & Amplified Bible.
“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM THAT
BELIEVETH.” Mark 9:23.
The good news is God cares about you and your situation. God’s Word says, “… I will never leave
thee, nor forsake thee.” “…for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you
up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless
nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!].” Hebrews 13:5 & Amplified
Bible.
Forsake means to abandon, so it is very clear by this scripture, that God is definitely for you and
will not abandon you. That is how wonderful His love is for you.
God proved His love for you by sending His Son, Jesus Christ. Before Jesus went to the cross to
take the punishment for our sins, He was severely whipped (striped), and in so doing, Jesus bore
every sickness, pain, weakness and disease in His body, just so you do not have to suffer any
more in your body.
Just as Jesus healed the multitude who followed Him when He walked this earth, so too, today, by
His Spirit, He is still healing ALL those who will look to Him and believe His Word. Amen.
CALL OUT TO GOD
Call out to God in faith, because He is the Healer! God hears every person who calls out to
Him sincerely from their heart.
God’s Word also says, “That if thou shalt CONFESS with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
BELIEVE in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (The
word saved here means wholeness in spirit, soul and body.) “For with the heart man believeth
unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (wholeness).”
Romans 10:9-10.

“...God hath dealt (given) to every man the measure of faith.” Romans 12:3.
So you have faith!
“Fight the good fight of faith…” 1 Timothy 6:12. That means, keep believing to receive, no
matter what!
God’s healing starts the moment you ask in faith believing to receive healing. If it is an
immediate healing, some may call it a miracle. If it is a slow healing, it is called a recovery.
Either way, the outcome is healing.
God is still the same, and as you believe His Word, your faith will grow, and healing and life
will be imparted.
So choose LIFE and agree with God’s WORD and BELIEVE to RECEIVE your healing!
Your words are powerful, therefore do not speak about the sickness or negatively, but only speak
words that agree with God’s Word!
If you are reading this article and you need healing, just believe in God and His Word of Truth,
then lay hands on yourself and command the sickness, disease, condition or pain, to leave
in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Now, believe and declare: “By Jesus’ stripes I am healed”, and “thank you Lord for healing
me.” Amen.
Faith without works or actions is dead. So now do some kind of action. By faith, move that arm,
lift that leg, roll your shoulders, turn your head etc!
Now don’t leave it at that. Go to Church this week and go on in God to keep your healing!
BELIEVE GOD’S WORD FOR HEALING, AND KEEP BELIEVING, PRAISING AND THANKING
HIM! Amen.

HEALING
BE PERFECT AS GOD IS PERFECT!
God, Who is a very loving God, loves you. Everything God made is perfect, because God is
perfect. To be perfect is to be complete and without fault. God created everything and
mankind. “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have
dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the
earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” Genesis 1:26.
Everything God does is perfect. “He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are
judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.” “He is the Rock, His work is
perfect, for all His ways are law and justice. A God of faithfulness without breach or deviation,
just and right is He.” Deuteronomy 32:4 & Amplified Bible. “As for God, his way is perfect; the
word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler (shield) to all them that trust in him.” 2 Samuel 22:31.
The problem in the earth today, is many of mankind are going their own way, instead of God’s
perfect way; hence they are without His shield of protection and so they become vulnerable to
diseases and sicknesses.
If God is perfect, and created all things, where did imperfection (sickness and disease) come
from? When Adam, the first created man disobeyed God, sin entered the bloodstream, so the
curse of sin was transferred through the bloodstream into every person in every generation, and so
sin (which includes sickness), came upon all mankind. Sickness is a curse, and definitely not a
blessing. That is why God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to suffer for all mankind when He was
whipped and then crucified. “Christ hath redeemed (purchased) us from the curse of the law, being
made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree (crucified).”
Galatians 3:13. The curse of sin has been broken, and so healing and wholeness is now
available for everyone who believes in Jesus Christ. Jesus took every sickness, weakness,
pain and disease, just so you do not have to suffer any more.
God is looking for those who will believe in Him, and then He will reveal His wonderful healing in
their life. “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself
strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect (blameless) toward him.” 2 Chronicles 16:9.
You and your body are wonderfully made. Healing starts in the heart, when you believe in God
and believe His Word. “God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.” 2
Samuel 22:31. When we yield to God, that makes a way for His strength and power to raise us up
and make us strong. If we choose to go our own way, we may never be healed, because God’s
way is the perfect and best way. Jesus Christ, said “… I am the way, the truth, and the life: no
man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6.
Health and healing are God’s will. “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper
and be in HEALTH, even as thy SOUL prospereth.” “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in
every way and [that your BODY] may KEEP WELL, even as [I know] your SOUL keeps WELL
and prospers.” 3 John 2 & Amplified Bible. “The law (Word) of the LORD is perfect,
CONVERTING THE SOUL: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.” “The law
(Word) of the Lord is perfect, RESTORING THE [WHOLE] PERSON; the testimony of the Lord is
sure, making wise the simple.” Psalm 19:7.
Your soul is your mind, will and emotions. Your soul will prosper as you get more
understanding of the Word and will of God. If you desire full restoration, you will need to
change your thinking and renew your thoughts to line up with God’s Word. “And be not
conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove
what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:2.

What is God’s will? Healing. As you sincerely believe God’s Word, healing begins to manifest in
your life and body, and so you will be made whole. God desires to restore you, body, soul and
spirit; to make you complete (perfect) in every way.
Perfect peace. Although our bodies are wonderfully made, sin, worry, bitterness, stress,
unforgiveness, guilt and hate, can take a devastating toll on a person’s body. God is the only one
Who can give new life and reconcile your spirit to Him, and so give you peace within. God’s
Word brings emotional healing to your soul and physical healing to your body. “Thou wilt keep
him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” “You will
guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its
character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes
confidently in You.” Isaiah 26:3 & Amplified Bible.
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your
requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall
keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true,
whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if
there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:6-8. So do not dwell on thoughts that
disagree to God’s Word.
Choose God and His Word. “And you shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy
bread, and thy water; and I (the Lord) WILL take sickness away from the midst of thee.”
Exodus 23:25. “And the Lord WILL take away from thee all sickness…” Deuteronomy 7:15.
“For I WILL restore health unto thee, and I WILL heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord…”
Jeremiah 30:17. “CALL unto me, and I WILL answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty
things, which thou knowest not.” Jeremiah 33:3. God is waiting for you to call out to Him.
“Behold I WILL bring it HEALTH and CURE, and I WILL cure them, and will reveal unto them the
abundance of peace and truth.” Jeremiah 33:6.
Jesus demonstrated God’s WILL and LOVE for ALL by healing EVERYONE. “And besought
him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched (Him) were made
PERFECTLY WHOLE.” “And begged Him to let them merely touch the fringe of His garment; and
as many as touched it were PERFECTLY RESTORED.” Matthew 14:36 & Amplified Bible. We
touch Jesus Christ, by faith.
“And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea,
the faith which is by him hath given him this PERFECT SOUNDNESS in the presence of you all.”
“And His name, through and by faith in His name, has made this man whom you see and
recognize well and strong. [Yes] the faith which is through and by Him [Jesus] has given the man
this PERFECT SOUNDNESS [OF BODY] before all of you.” Acts 3:16 & Amplified Bible.
Jesus Christ, by His Spirit, is still healing people today, and He desires to heal you, if you will
reach out and touch Him by faith. As you turn to Him, what will happen?
“He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the
youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the
LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and
not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” “He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him
who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound].
Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble and fall
exhausted; But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall
change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to
God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not
faint or become tired.” Isaiah 40:29-31 & Amplified Bible.

“For there is no respect of persons with God.” Romans 2:11. God has no favourites. That
means, what He WILL do for ONE, He WILL to do for ALL! Otherwise, He would be a respecter
of persons and that He is not; as this scripture clearly shows. Our part is to believe and receive
what Jesus Christ has made available when He suffered on the cross.
God desires all His creation to be healed (perfect, complete, faultless), and even to be walking in
divine health, that is, not even having to be sick at all!
TO RECEIVE HEALING REQUIRES FAITH
The way you receive healing is by faith. Faith is believing and receiving God’ Word into your
heart, and then once faith is activated, the healing will be manifested. “Faith comes (grows)
by hearing (and believing), the Word of God.” Romans 10:17.
“But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: BELIEVE ONLY, and she shall be
MADE WHOLE.” Luke 8:50. God will act when He sees a person’s faith. “But without faith it is
impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is (exists), and that he is
a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.
Faith is now! “NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
“NOW faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being
the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real
fact what is not revealed to the senses].” Hebrews 11:1 & Amplified Bible.
Healing is available for ALL. NOW is the time for you to believe and receive healing. Once you
have asked God for healing, and believed (received the assurance in your heart), healing is on
its way to you!
Healing is not about feelings. So do not look to feelings or symptoms, but rather look to God’s
Word. Healing will then be manifested because of your faith in God’s Word.
God’s Word says, “That if thou shalt CONFESS with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
BELIEVE in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” The word
saved here means wholeness in spirit, soul and body. “For with the heart man believeth unto

DECLARE IN FAITH: “Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, The Lord Jesus
Christ. I believe Jesus Christ took every sickness, pain, weakness and disease on the cross. I am
not having this sickness, pain, weakness and disease in my body any more! I command it to leave
right NOW in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a new creation; created in the image of God,
Who is perfect. Sickness, pain, weakness and disease, is no longer part of my life; I resist it. Jesus
Christ bore everything for me, and by His stripes, I believe and I receive my healing NOW, and I
AM HEALED! Thank you Lord. Amen.”

sometimes the manifestation is within a few hours, days or weeks and so on. But the moment
there is the assurance of faith to receive healing, it is a done, (accomplished in the spiritual
realm), and then the healing will manifest in the natural realm, as you believe.
We are to be moved by what we believe in God’s Word and not by what we see or feel.
Our part is to continue to believe and have our confidence in God’s Word.
KEEP BELIEVING AND THANKING THE LORD FOR HEALING YOU! Amen.

HEALING
FAITH IN GOD’S WORD BRINGS HEALING!
God loves you. God’s Word, the Bible, is full of healing promises for God’s people. If you do not
believe in the only true God, then these wonderful promises, do not apply to you. Your life will
continue to be in ruin, disease, sickness, plagues, and suffering. However, if you turn away from
your own way and false gods, and turn to and call out to the only true and living God, then there
is protection, health and long life. God’s Word says, “If my people, which are called by my name,
shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then
will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (body).” 2 Chronicles
7:14.
God has given to every person faith. How do I know that? God’s Word says so. “…God hath dealt
to every man the measure of faith.” Romans 12:3. What is faith? Faith is adherence to and
reliance on and complete trust in God. How do you get enough faith to get healed? “So then
faith cometh (grows) by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17. The more
Word you hear, not with your natural ears but with your spiritual ears in your heart, then the more
your faith will grow. Even Jesus said our faith is like a mustard seed, which is really small. But just
like a mustard seed grows, so does our faith need to grow.
So you already have within you faith, which is the capacity to believe God. In order to receive
healing, you need to believe and have full faith in God because His Word says “But without faith
it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is (exists), and
that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6.
God’s Word, contains His healing promises, and what God will do for those who have faith in
Him. He has written the promises down, just so we will know for certain, what He is willing to do
for us. That is so very simple; our part is to fully believe His Word of promise. We are not be halfheartedly believing, in faith and out of faith. We need to remain firmly fixed in full faith. Why?
It is recorded of Jesus, “And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying,
and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us. And when he was come into the house, the blind
men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said
unto him, Yea, Lord. Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
And their eyes were opened…” Matthew 9:27-30. Verse 28-29 in the Amplified Bible reads “When
He reached the house and went in, the blind men came to Him, and Jesus said to them, Do you
believe that I am able to do this? They said to Him, Yes, Lord. Then He touched their eyes,
saying, According to your faith and trust and reliance [on the power invested in Me] be it
done to you.”
What is your situation today? Jesus is asking you the same question. Do you believe that He is
able to heal YOU?
God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to reveal His healing will for you. “…For this purpose the Son of
God (Jesus Christ) was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8.
“How God anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about
doing good, and healing ALL that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts
10:38. Sickness is an oppression from the devil, but Jesus desires to heal you! Once you believe in
Jesus Christ, and understand your authority as a believer, the devil has no more power over your
life, so submit yourself to God and resist any attack by the devil.
Then Jesus was severely whipped, and in so doing He bore every sickness, weakness, pain
and disease, just so you do not have to. Jesus then fulfilled God’s plan and was crucified, buried
and then rose from the dead three days later and was seen by many. The gospel (good news) is
Jesus Christ suffered everything, so you do not need to be sick any more! You can fully recover
and be made well, as you believe.

Everything rests on faith. God’s will is for you to be healed. You desire to be healed. What is the
connector? FAITH. Again faith grows by the Word of God. There is no point if you are believing in
your heart, but your mind is telling you something different to what God’s Word says.
God’s Word is true and He cannot lie. So choose to believe God’s Word and so receive your
healing! Your words are powerful, therefore do not speak about the sickness or negatively, but
only speak words that agree with God’s Word!
DECLARE GOD’S WORD
May I encourage you to say the following scriptures aloud, which will make you read them
slowly and allow your heart to receive God’s Word and your faith to grow. This will also allow
your mind to be renewed to agree with God’s will of healing for you.
Your whole being needs to be in agreement with God’s Word. So believe God’s Word and
declare with boldness the following scriptures, because healing is available for all!

that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (The word saved here means

healing people today and desires to heal you, no matter what your situation is.
“And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: FOR WITH
GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.” Mark 10:27.

promise!

as many as are the promises of God, they all find their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason
we also utter the Amen (so be it) to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the
glory of God.” 2 Corinthians 1:20 & Amplified Bible. Healing gives glory and testimony to God.
“Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.”
“Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word
to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:12 & Amplified Bible. God is desiring to perform His word in your life.

“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the
kingdom, and HEALING ALL manner of SICKNESS and all manner of DISEASE among the
people.” Matthew 4:23.
“FOR WITH GOD NOTHING SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE.” “For with God nothing is ever
impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.” Luke
1:37 & Amplified Bible.
Speaking of Jesus, Who bore everything, “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows,
and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we
esteemed him not. Surely he (Jesus Christ) hath (has) borne our griefs, and carried our
sorrows (pains); yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was
wounded for our transgressions (sins), he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our
peace was upon him; and with HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED.” Isaiah 53:3-5.
“… Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians 6:2.
Salvation means deliverance and wholeness.
Healing is not about feelings – it is about FAITH which is BELIEVING and EXPECTING THE
LORD TO CONFIRM HIS WORD. The moment there is faith, healing starts on the inside and then
is manifested on the outside.
“We having the same SPIRIT OF FAITH, according as it is written, I BELIEVED, and therefore
have I SPOKEN; we also BELIEVE, and therefore SPEAK.” 2 Corinthians 4:13.
Now, believe and declare: “By Jesus’ stripes I am healed”, and “thank you Lord for healing
me. Amen.”
Faith without works or actions is dead. So now do some kind of action, by faith, move that arm, lift
that leg, roll your shoulders, turn your head etc!
BELIEVE AND CONFESS HIS WORD TO RECEIVE HEALING IN EVERY AREA OF YOUR
BODY AND KEEP BELIEVING, PRAISING AND THANKING HIM! Amen.

HEALING
STAND YOUR GROUND!
What does “standing your ground” have to do with healing? Everything, if you desire to be healed
and remain healthy and strong, especially once you receive healing.
A number of years ago, the Lord revealed to me that healing was available for today - even now.
This was such a wonderful revelation and I was so very thrilled to gain this understanding. Many of
you may already have the revelation that when God’s Son, Jesus Christ, went to the cross, not only
did He take your punishment for every sin you have committed, He also took every sickness,
disease, pain, weakness, and so on, just so you do not have to suffer any more! I understood that
my loving heavenly Father did not put sickness on anyone, but rather sickness came from the devil
who is out to steal, kill and destroy. Jesus said, “The thief (devil) cometh not, but for to steal, and to
kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more
abundantly.” John 10:10. Jesus came to give us life; even an enjoyable and fulfilling life.
Within two weeks of receiving this revelation, pain woke me up one morning, which was unusual as
I was not a sickly type of person and had never been seriously unwell. Amazingly, the thought that
came to me was that - this is just a test! Admittedly a very painful test! So I reached for the healing
scriptures that I had recently learned and started speaking them out aloud. As cancer was in my
natural Father’s blood line, within three days, I went to a specialist for tests to see how serious the
situation was. The specialist told me the situation was very serious. I remember quite vividly leaving
the specialists office, and in my heart saying, I understand my natural blood line leads to cancer
and death, but I have been born again, and am therefore of the seed of Father Abraham and heir
of all the promises in the Bible and that certainly that included the healing promises! So on the
way home I declared the healing promises in the Word of God with a boldness I had never known
before. Why? I was desperate! I was way out of my comfort zone and the situation was very
serious.
I already had an understanding about how words are very powerful, so I did not share my
condition with anyone. That is a real key to being healed. You do not want others talking negatively
about your situation. Jesus gave a powerful scripture about agreement. He said, “Again I say unto
you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be
done for them of my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 18:19. This works either positively or
negatively. So what are you going to agree with? God’s Word or the symptoms, people’s opinions,
facts, diagnosis or the devil?
At the time when all this was taking place, my husband Jim was interstate, so I had the evening to
myself. I continued believing in my heart and declaring the scriptures aloud. That night God did
start healing me. By the following morning I was much improved and by the afternoon when I went
to the hospital to have further tests, the results of the tests verified that in fact, I was totally healed.
The whole situation from start to finish was 3 days and 3 nights. My learning was that the Word
works! If God will heal me, then God will heal you, as I do not consider myself any more special
than anyone else. We are all special in His sight.
Then about ten months after this occurrence, all the symptoms were there again. I could not believe
it. What was I to do? I knew what to do. STAND MY GROUND AND RESIST THE DEVIL. This was
another test, but I already knew how to pass it. Was I going to agree with the symptoms or agree
with the Word of God? The scripture says, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the
devil, and he will flee from you.” James 4:7. So in faith, I boldly spoke out the Word of God and
resisted this new attack on my body. Then all the symptoms vanished and they have never
returned. I proved again, God’s Word works! God’s Word will work for you too, as you believe.

TWO SPIRITUAL KINGDOMS
In the natural you have heard of war situations where one army is trying to take the ground and the
other army is trying to hold onto the ground that they have already taken. Well as best as I can
explain it, this is what happens spiritually. There are only two grounds; two kingdoms - God’s
kingdom and the devil’s kingdom. When the first man Adam sinned, sin passed through the
bloodstream to all mankind. So when you were born naturally, you were born in sin; into the
kingdom of darkness, which is the devil’s kingdom. For example, no-one showed you how to sin, it
just came naturally. So by default you are in the devil’s kingdom. This is why Jesus said “…Except
a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3. Jesus is not talking about
having a natural birth again, but having a spiritual birth. Jesus desires you to come out of
darkness and walk in the light.
How can this happen? When you genuinely ask God to forgive you of your sins and turn away from
them, and believe that His Son, Jesus Christ took the punishment of your sins, you experience
what is known as being born again. It is like having a new beginning; a brand new start in life.
Instead of being in the ‘dark’, you are now walking in the ‘light’, which is God’s way, and you are no
longer walking your own way. So the new you; your life, your “ground” is now going God’s way and
serving God. However, the devil is not pleased that you are no longer serving Him. So the devil will
come along, and will endeavour to take back the “ground” - you. He has many tactics. He will try to
get you to doubt God’s Word or doubt God’s love for you, circumstances may become contrary,
sickness can try to come upon your body, people may do upsetting things to you and the list can go
on. The devil’s plan is to get you to turn away from God and go back to darkness. But don’t fall for
it. Once you are walking in the light, STAND YOUR GROUND and RESIST THE DEVIL, no matter
what comes your way.
The things of God are eternal and there is nothing and no-one in this world worth going to hell for
eternity. God desires you to choose Him, His Word and His Way. Jesus said “…I am the way, the
truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6. God’s way is best.
God desires everyone to be free of sickness and be healed! The problem is, most people do not
know this, so their lives are being destroyed by the Devil because they lack knowledge of the truth!
“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my
disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” “So Jesus
said to those Jews who had believed in Him, If you abide in My word [hold fast to My teachings
and live in accordance with them], you are truly My disciples.” John 8:31-32 & Amplified Bible.
You can be healed today, as you believe in Jesus Christ and His Word!
As I mentioned earlier, one of the things I have also learned is that words are very powerful. We
need to only speak words of life and not words of doubt or words about the sickness or situation.
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it
[for death or life].” Proverbs 18:21 & Amplified Bible. Some people are already eating the fruit of
their lips because all they do is tell others of how sick they are. Some may even tell of their
sickness to others, to get sympathy. May I humbly suggest that you stop telling others how sick you
are or about your situation! Sympathy from others will not heal you. Only faith in God and His
Word will heal you!
Do not come into agreement with negative words or a diagnosis. I know the pain is real and the
diagnosis is a fact, however, I would say to you, just believe and only speak words that agree with
the truth of the God’s Word, rather than the symptoms or facts, which are subject to change. The
symptoms and facts need to line up with God’s truth. So choose not to give in, and stand your
ground!

EVERY BATTLE IS A SPIRITUAL BATTLE
The enemy (the devil) tries to undermine your faith, which is your confidence and trust towards
God, and cause you to be discouraged or try to move you into unbelief. So what should you do?
“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to STAND AGAINST the wiles (cunning
ways) of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual
wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:11-12.
“Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you
may be able successfully to STAND UP AGAINST [all] the STRATEGIES and the DECEITS of
the devil. For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents],
but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world
rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly
(supernatural) sphere.” Ephesians 6:11-12 & Amplified Bible.
Also “Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the
evil day, and having done all, to stand. STAND therefore, having your loins girt about with truth,
and having on the breastplate of righteousness.” Ephesians 6:13-14. Truth is the Word of God.
“Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast (firm) in
the Lord, my dearly beloved.” “Therefore, my brethren, whom I love and yearn to see, my delight
and crown (wreath of victory), thus STAND FIRM in the Lord, my beloved.” Philippians 4:1 &
Amplified Bible. Just keep standing until there is the full manifestation of healing.
“Therefore put on God's complete armor, that you may be able to RESIST and STAND YOUR
GROUND on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in
your place]. Stand therefore [HOLD YOUR GROUND], having tightened the belt of truth around
your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing
with God.” Ephesians 6:13-14 Amplified Bible.
Even your thinking needs to change. So start thinking well thoughts that agree with God’s
Word, instead of thinking about or focussing on the sickness. “Casting down imaginations, and
every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity
every thought to the obedience of Christ.” 2 Corinthians 10:5. You get to choose what you think,
so do not keep dwelling on thoughts contrary to the Word of God, such as sickness, but rather think
about wellness. Keep your thoughts on the finish line of FULL HEALTH!
IMPORTANT - PASS THE TEST
By the way, in general you also need to understand, that the next time you receive some
revelation (insight and understanding) from God’s Word, (about any subject), along will come a
test, just to see if you truly have received understanding in your heart. What should you do?
STAND YOUR GROUND, PASS THE TEST, and keep GROWING IN GOD. Amen.
HAVE CONFIDENCE IN GOD AND HIS ABILITY TO FULFIL HIS WORD
“For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. Beloved, if our
heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we
receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing
in his sight.” “Whenever our hearts in [tormenting] self-accusation make us feel guilty and
condemn us. [For we are in God's hands.] For He is above and greater than our consciences (our
hearts), and He knows (perceives and understands) everything [nothing is hidden from Him]. And,
beloved, if our consciences (our hearts) do not accuse us [if they do not make us feel guilty
and condemn us], we have confidence (complete assurance and boldness) before God. And
we receive from Him whatever we ask, because we [watchfully] obey His orders [observe His
suggestions and injunctions, follow His plan for us] and [habitually] practice what is pleasing to
Him.” 1 John 3:20-22 & Amplified Bible.

If you know there is sin in your life, repent before God and ask Him to forgive you, and then there
will have no blockages and you will have complete confidence toward God.
HEALING IS GOD’S WILL
This is shown in many scriptures throughout the Bible. “…for I am the LORD that healeth thee.”
Exodus 15:26. “I am” is present tense, so we can have complete confidence to ask God to heal
us.
“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will,
he heareth us. And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the
petitions that we desired of him.” “And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of
boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request)
according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us. And if (since)
we [positively] know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know [with settled and
absolute knowledge] that we have [granted us as our present possessions] the requests
made of Him.” 1 John 5:14-15 & Amplified Bible.
“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.” “Do not,
therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation
of reward.” Hebrews 10:35 & Amplified Bible. Let your confidence and trust be in God, because He
is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
“In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.” “In Whom,
because of our faith in Him, we dare to have the boldness (courage and confidence) of free
access (an unreserved approach to God with freedom and without fear).” Ephesians 3:12 &
Amplified Bible.
“For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto
the end.” “For we have become fellows with Christ (the Messiah) and share in ALL He has for us,
if only we HOLD our first newborn confidence and original assured expectation [in virtue of
which we are believers] FIRM and UNSHAKEN to the end.” Hebrews 3:14 & Amplified Bible.
DO NOT WAVER! Healing is God’s will.
HEALING PROMISES
The following are some healing promises from God’s Word, for you to think (meditate on), believe
and declare boldly. God has already shown us that healing is His will by sending Jesus Christ.
“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing
good, and healing ALL that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38.
Sickness is an oppression from the Devil, so resist it.
Jesus has not changed. He still desires to heal ALL, so that includes you! “Jesus Christ the same
yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” Hebrews 13:8. EVERY DAY is TODAY.
How do you receive healing? Believe in God and His Word. “But without faith it is impossible to
please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is (exists), and that he is a rewarder of
them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.
The moment there is faith, healing starts from within. Whether the healing is instant, within the
hour, day, month and so on; healing starts by faith.
How do you get faith? “...God hath dealt (given) to EVERY MAN the measure of faith.”
Romans 12:3. So you have faith, because God gave it to you!
How does faith grow? “So then faith cometh (grows) by hearing, and hearing by the word of
God.” Romans 10:17. You just need to use the faith God has given to you through His Word.

Your part. “Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health
to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.” “Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and
worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. It shall be HEALTH to your nerves and
sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones.” Proverbs 3:7-8 & Amplified Bible.
“And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I WILL
TAKE SICKNESS AWAY FROM THE MIDST OF THEE.” Exodus 23:25.
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against
thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.” Isaiah 54:17. Condemn means to show to be wrong.
Your situation is NOT impossible! “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” “For with God
nothing is ever impossible and NO WORD from God shall be WITHOUT POWER or
IMPOSSIBLE of FULFILLMENT.” Luke 1:37 & Amplified Bible.
“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, ALL things are POSSIBLE to him that believeth.”
Mark 9:23.
“Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I WILL hasten my word to perform it.”
“Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I AM ALERT and active, watching over My
word to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:12. God said HE WILL perform His Word. Our part is to believe.
“Who forgiveth ALL thine iniquities; who healeth ALL thy diseases.” “Who forgives [every one of]
all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases.” Psalm 103:3 & Amplified Bible.
Jesus Christ took every sickness, pain, disease and weakness when He was severely whipped and
then crucified, just so you can be well. Jesus then died, was buried for three days and then rose
from the dead, victoriously overcoming even death!
God’s Word also says, “That if thou shalt CONFESS with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
BELIEVE in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (The word
saved here means wholeness in spirit, soul and body.) “For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (wholeness).” Romans
10:9-10.
“Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart
believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will
be saved. For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so
is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares
openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.” Romans 10:9-10 Amplified
Bible.
So choose LIFE and AGREE with GOD’S WORD and BELIEVE to RECEIVE your healing!
“Fight the good fight of faith…” 1 Timothy 6:12. That means, keep believing to receive, no
matter what!
Take the “ground”, stand your “ground”, and keep standing and pressing in!
If you are reading this article and you need healing, just believe in God and His Word of Truth,
then lay hands on yourself and command the sickness, disease, condition or pain, to leave
in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Now, believe and declare: “By Jesus’ stripes I am healed”, and “thank you Lord for healing
me.” Amen.

HEALING
SHUT THE DOOR TO SICKNESS!
Firstly, we serve a very loving God. Everything God made in the earth is wonderful. Everything
God does is perfect. If God made us, then why does sickness come upon lives? Quite simply, when
we do not live our lives according to God’s Word, we allow the devourer access to our bodies.
Who is the devourer? “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring
lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” “Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind),
be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion
roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.” 1 Peter 5:8 & Amplified
Bible. Your body is wonderfully made. Sickness is an oppression from the devil. He is the one
making you sick and destroying your wellbeing. “The lion is come up from his thicket, and the
destroyer of the Gentiles (nations) is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make thy
land (body) desolate; and thy cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant.” Jeremiah 4:7.
If we live our lives according to God’s Word, God’s blessings will come on our lives. However, if we
do not know God’s Word and walk contrary to His ways, the devourer has access to our lives, and
we can be taken into captivity; spirit, soul and body. “Therefore my people are gone into
captivity, because they have no knowledge…” Isaiah 5:13. It is as though we are living under the
curse.
Sickness is a curse and will take you into captivity, or worse. Captivity means to be taken prison,
kept in confinement, kept under restraint, unable to escape, being like a prisoner and kept in. It also
means to be stripped of everything that is yours. That is what sickness does. Sickness keeps
people confined to their bed, or in hospitals, waiting for operations, their money is used on doctors,
specialists and medications. Sickness also affects close family and friends, and their lives are
altered because they are spending so much time helping to look after the sick person.
Knowledge on the other hand comes from God’s Word. If you do not know or understand God’s
Word, your life can be destroyed. God Word says, “My people are destroyed for lack of
knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no
priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea
4:6. “If they obey and serve him (the Lord), they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their
years in pleasures. But if they obey not, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die
without knowledge.” Job 36:11-12.
People are dying every day, because of lack of knowledge of how much God loves them and how
He has already made provision for healing them. Many sick people, instead of living life to the full,
are only existing and tolerating life. To live in pain every day must be so very terrible, and this is
certainly not God’s plan or best for your life.
Why does God allow sickness? When God, Who is love, made you, He gave you freedom of
choice. His love for you does not force His will on you. YOU make the choice - either God’s way,
the devil’s way, or your own way. “The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he
blesseth the habitation of the just.” “The curse of the Lord is in and on the house of the wicked, but
He declares blessed (joyful and favored with blessings) the home of the just and
consistently righteous. “ Proverbs 3:33 & Amplified Bible.
If we choose not to walk in God’s ways, that is like leaving a door open for the devourer to have
access to our lives. For example, imagine your home, even though it is your very own home,
perhaps even beautifully furnished, containing personal items and clothing, and has security locks
on the doors and windows, what would happen if you leave the front door open? Anyone can come
in! A thief will try to come in, especially if you are not awake or watchful. So what do you need to
do? Get up and shut the door, so no-one can come in and steal from you.

It is the same situation regarding your physical body. You need to shut the door spiritually to the
devourer, so he has no access to your body. God’s mercy and grace will cover ignorance,
however, an example of an open door, can be when you know you are in DELIBERATE SIN. That
definitely opens a door, and allows the devil to have access to your health and wellbeing.
ARE YOU HANDLING MONEY CORRECTLY?
Another very important example of an open door, is regarding the handling of finances. Many
people who are living their lives in their own strength, loose sleep worrying over money, and can
either get very sick or even go to an early grave because of it. God, as a loving heavenly Father,
does not want you to ever worry about money because He has made a way for money to come to
you, legally. God’s Word says, “Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein
have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed
me, even this whole nation.” Malachi 3:8-9. God will not bless a thief! God does not desire lives
to be cursed. God desires blessings to flow to those who are living according to His Word.
Some people, because of lack of knowledge, they do not know about it, have never given Tithes
and Offerings. While other people only give Tithes occasionally, or when it suits them. Well that is
like leaving the front door open occasionally. Would you do that in the natural? Of course not.
Then why would you do that in the spiritual realm? Everything we have comes from God, so the
Tithe does not even belong to you, it belongs to God, and therefore it is not even yours to do with
as you please.
If you did not know about Tithes and Offerings, or have not been faithfully giving Tithes and
Offerings, what should you do? “Bring ye all the tithes (10% of all increase) into the storehouse
(local Church), that there may be meat (natural and spiritual food) in mine house, and prove me
now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour
you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” Malachi 3:10. When you
give your Tithes, you are honouring and acknowledging God, that He has provided this increase to
your life. God requires you to do your part, which is to turn to Him and walk in obedience to all His
Word. Then God will do His part and pour out wonderful favour and blessings on your life, which
includes health.
GOD REALLY DOES LOVE YOU!
Through this article, I am speaking to you, wherever you are living. Whatever the sickness, whether
it is physical or emotional. God loves you so very much, and desires you to be well and made
whole. This is God’s will for you today, as you believe and obey His Word!
God proved His love for you by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to suffer every sickness, disease,
pain and weakness, and then He died on the cross, just so you do not have to suffer any more. You
do not have to be under the curse any more because, “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse
of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree.”
“Christ purchased our freedom [redeeming us] from the curse (doom) of the Law [and its
condemnation] by [Himself] becoming a curse for us, for it is written [in the Scriptures], Cursed is
everyone who hangs on a tree (is crucified).” Galatians 3:13 & Amplified Bible. That is how valuable
you are to God. Jesus Christ actually died for you, and in so doing, took every form of curse (sin,
sickness and poverty), upon His own body! If you believe it, it is a finished work on the cross!
ARE YOU DEFEATED, DEPRESSED, DESTROYED or DELIVERED & TAKING DOMINION?
Jesus declared, “The thief (devil) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am
come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” “The thief
comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and
have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” John 10:10 & Amplified Bible.

The devil is trying to steal your health from you. Sickness does not come from God, rather God
desires you to have abundant life and wellbeing, and you will, as you believe and obey the
Word of God.
All negative thoughts of depression, fear, defeat, overwhelming feelings of going under, or even
thoughts of suicide, are just the devil whispering to you and trying to overcome you! The devil is the
father of lies. He cannot tell the truth. So don’t fall for his lies - rather resist them. Anything negative
is definitely not from God! God is for you and not against you, so choose to continue to walk in
God’s ways which lead to victory and life.
You also need to speak up! You can’t be thinking one thing and then saying a different thing at the
same time. So if attacks (negative thoughts) are coming into your mind; some of the things you can
say are: “God is for me; I am above and not below; I am a conqueror; I can do all things through
Christ which strengthens me; If God be for me, who can be against me?, No weapon formed
against me shall prosper; I am victorious; I resist every one of these false accusations; This is the
victory that overcomes, even faith. I have faith, because God’s Word says He has given to every
man faith, therefore I am a believer and not a doubter; With God’s help I am going to come through
this alright and get to the other side! Amen.”
Jesus Christ has paid the full price for your health, in the offering of His own body, to destroy the
works of the devil. JESUS shut the door and DEFEATED all the devil’s work. “For this purpose
the Son of God was manifested, that he might DESTROY the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8.
God’s Word says, “…IF thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God (His Word),
and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all
his statutes, I will put (permit) none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought
(allowed) upon the Egyptians: for I AM the LORD that HEALETH THEE.” Exodus 15:26. I AM, is
present tense; NOW.
There is protection from sickness, if we walk in God’s ways. God is the HEALER and
PROTECTOR.
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” “For with God nothing is ever impossible and no
word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.” Luke 1:37 & Amplified
Bible.
WHAT WILL THE LORD DO WHEN YOU TURN TO HIM?
If you believe and obey God’s Word, what else will He do on your behalf? “And I will rebuke the
devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground (your body)…”
Malachi 3:11. If you walk in God’s ways, God will rebuke the devourer. How fantastic is that! God
will be working wonderfully and actively in your life, to reveal His goodness to you. Amen.
GOING FORWARD - LIVE ACCORDING TO GOD’S WAYS
For example, if a person is a thief, and then God shows them that it is wrong to steal, the first thing
they will need to do is confess their sin to God. They will also need to show ‘fruit’ of their changed
ways, and if possible, return the goods they have stolen, and of course no longer steal from
others - or God. It will be evident to all that they have changed their ways. However, if the person
continues to associate with former partners in crime, chances are those others will endeavour to
entice the person back to their lifestyle of crime. What should the person do? The answer is, if they
are easily enticed, they should choose to shut the door to those around them who are not
walking God’s ways, and walk with those who are walking God’s ways.

Also, God will forgive all past deeds and desires to heal you. God’s Word says, “Who forgiveth
ALL thine iniquities (sins); who healeth ALL thy diseases.” Psalm 103:3. How many sins and
diseases will God forgive and heal? ALL. That means God has covered whatever your situation is!
Furthermore, God has promised in His Word that it is HIS WILL to take sickness away from
you.
“And YOU shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I (the
Lord) WILL take sickness away from the midst of thee.” Exodus 23:25.
God cannot lie, and stands behind His Word to perform it. When you follow God’s ways, there is
health.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
Through this article, you now have knowledge of God’s right ways, so YOU can CHOOSE to
shut the door to sickness.
How? Firstly realise that any disobedience or by not giving the Lord what rightly belongs to
Him, opens a door for the devourer having access to your life. Repent, which means to have a
change of heart, and from this day on, live your life according to God’s Word, and give Tithes
AND give Offerings. This will require faith and obedience on your part.
The scripture says, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God
must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.
As you do your part, God will do His part and rebuke the devourer from off your life, which will then
allow God’s reward, to come on your life.
Be around believers and not doubters! If you desire strong faith, then walk with those who are
strong in faith and strong in God’s Word, because faith grows by hearing the Word.
Your life, wellbeing and future is at stake. So may I suggest that you find a quiet place, on your
own, and get before the Lord, and talk to Him, sincerely from your heart; have a heart to heart talk
with the Lord, and ask Him to reveal any areas in your life (and not just only finances), where you
are not obeying Him and His Word, and then confess it and then shut those doors and make
any necessary adjustments. This then allows God to bring healing to you. Amen. Then you can
do the next part of this teaching.
If you are reading this article, and you are already walking with the Lord, and still need healing, just
believe God and His Word of Truth, then lay hands on yourself and command the sickness,
disease, condition or pain, to leave in the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST! Every sickness
must bow to that name, because it is the name above every thing named!
“NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” “NOW faith is
the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of
things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is
not revealed to the senses].” Hebrews 11:1 & Amplified Bible.
Healing is available for ALL. NOW is the time for you to believe and receive it. Amen.

DECLARE IN FAITH: “Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus
Christ. I believe Jesus Christ took every sickness, pain, weakness and disease on the cross. I am
not having this sickness, pain, weakness and disease in my body any more! I command it to leave
right NOW in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a new creation; created in the image of God,
Who is perfect. Sickness, pain, weakness and disease, is no longer part of my life; I resist it. Jesus
Christ bore everything for me, and by His stripes, I believe and I receive my healing NOW, and I
AM HEALED! Thank you Lord. Amen.”
Faith is NOW. Once you have asked, and believed (received the assurance in your heart),
healing is on its way to you! Amen.
Faith without works or actions is dead. So now do some kind of action, by faith, move that arm, lift
that leg, roll your shoulders, turn your head etc!
KEEP BELIEVING AND THANKING THE LORD FOR HEALING YOU! Amen.

HEALING
IF IN DOUBT, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!
Life is full of instructions to follow. Why? Because if you follow them, life will go well for you, and,
quite simply, if you do not follow them, then life can have a tendency of going from bad to worse.
In our household, Jim is the Master Chef. He is excellent in the kitchen. Not only does he enjoy
cooking, he is very creative and can very easily put things together and they turn out delicious.
Why? Because he has experience. He has already proven his ability in following recipes and has a
very thorough understanding of what works well. As for me, well, I need to follow exactly what the
recipe says, or else it will be a burnt offering. For Jim and me, in our marriage we focus on our
strengths which maintains unity; Jim is best in the kitchen and I am best in the office.
With regard to cooking, we have a young lady in our Church named Samantha. Samantha is
inexperienced in the kitchen. One hot day, Samantha decided she would like to make jelly for the
first time; after all that would not be very difficult! So she bought the jelly and placed it in a mixing
bowl. She then boiled the correct amount of water as stated on the instructions and poured the
water into the bowl, dissolving the jelly. So far so good. Then, rather than following the next step of
the instructions which stated: allow the jelly to cool and then place it in the fridge to set, Samantha
thought she knew best and would speed up the process by placing the bowl and its contents in the
freezer. The next day when her Mother asked about the jelly, Samantha went to the freezer with
great expectation, looking forward to her dessert. When she stuck the spoon into the contents
‘splash’ everywhere! Nothing was set! Disaster and disappointment! The moral to the story is
whatever the situation, read and follow the full instructions, to the end.
It is the same way regarding health. If you were sick and went to a Doctor, would you follow his
medical advice; his instructions, and take the medicine he prescribed? The answer is probably
“Yes”, because after all, he is a specialist. Well God made the Doctor and although the Doctor will
do his very best; the possible, God knows all things, even your situation, and God Who also made
you, is able to do the impossible! For this to occur, God has given us His instruction book; the
Bible, and if read and followed fully and correctly, we are promised complete healing and
restoration. God’s Word is like medicine, and just like you would take natural medicine prescribed
by a Doctor, for example three times a day, God says for us to take (believe) His medicine (the
Word), daily; even as much as you need until there is full manifestation of health.
If you need healing, health and life, you will need to read what God’s Word says and follow His
instructions.
“My son (or daughter), attend (pay attention) to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let
them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those
that find them, and health (medicine) to all their flesh.” “My son, attend to my words; consent and
submit to my sayings. Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart.
For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh.” Proverbs 4:20-22 &
Amplified Bible. So instead of paying attention to the sickness, pay attention to God’s Word, which
brings healing results.
Not only does one need to hear (understand) God’s Word, but also to do (apply) it in their lives.
Jesus said, “Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken
him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods
came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a
rock.” “So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts upon them [obeying them] will be
like a sensible (prudent, practical, wise) man who built his house upon the rock. And the rain fell
and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it
had been founded on the rock.” Matthew 7:24-25 & Amplified Bible. Jesus Christ is the Rock that
our lives need to be built on. Outside of His way and protection, anything can happen.

“He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my
commandments, and live.” Proverbs 4:4. We need to learn God’s Word, so we can have true life.
Where does sickness come from? Jesus declared, “The thief (devil) cometh not, but for to steal,
and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it
more abundantly.” “The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they
may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” John 10:10 &
Amplified Bible.
Sickness does not come from God, rather the devil is the one stealing health from you. If you are
living your life outside of God’s way, the devil has access to your life. However, you can make a
decision today and alter your wellbeing and future.
God desires you to have abundant life and wellbeing, and you will, as you believe and obey
the Word of God.
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by
me.” John 14:6. True life, and life worth living, is only found in God and His Word.
What does God think about the wisdom and knowledge of man? “Be not wise in thine own eyes:
fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.”
“Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from
evil. It shall be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones.”
Proverbs 3:7-8 & Amplified Bible. God is all wisdom and has all knowledge. He knows best about
your situation.
“The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.” “Reverent and
worshipful fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, that one may avoid the snares of death.”
Proverbs 14:27 & Amplified Bible. If you understand that God is overall, and if you live your life
according to God’s Word, you will not get caught up with things that will lead to your downfall.
Following God’s way brings health and life.

HEALING
EAT FROM THE TREE OF LIFE!
In the natural you must eat to stay well and healthy. If you do not eat, you will become weak, sick
and will eventually die. It is the same spiritually. You must eat spiritual food to feed your spiritual
man, or else he will become weak and you will die spiritually. What does the spiritual man eat?
Spiritual food; the Word of God.
“The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity…” “The strong spirit of a man sustains him in
bodily pain or trouble…” Proverbs 18:14 & Amplified Bible
Where do we see trees in the Bible? Let us go back to the beginning. In the book of Genesis, God
prepared a wonderful dwelling place which he called the garden of Eden, for Adam and his wife
Eve. In this garden, along with other trees for food, God also placed two special trees; the tree of
life and the second tree He called the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
“And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had
formed. And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight,
and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of
good and evil.” Genesis 2:8-9.
“And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely
eat. But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that
thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” Genesis 2:16-17.
God as a loving heavenly Father, gave Adam and Eve provision for their needs. God gave them a
free choice; obey Him and live, or disobey Him and die. All they had to do was obey Him.
God also created a serpent (known as the devil) who was in the garden. “Now the serpent was
more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the
woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto
the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is
in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye
die.” Genesis 3:1-3.
We know the scriptures, how Eve and Adam were tempted, failed the test and they both ate of the
tree of knowledge of good and evil. Then because they disobeyed God, sin entered in and they
were banished from the garden and the tree of life. An alternate life for them began as they then
had to function in an inferior realm which was much less than the fullness they were accustomed to.
Where they were once protected by God in the garden, outside of the garden, they were open to
attack by the enemy, lack, weakness, sickness, disease and death. Through their disobedience, sin
has passed through the bloodstream of mankind ever since.
What was the difference between the two trees? The tree of life sustained their spiritual man,
whereas the tree of good and evil appealed to their flesh, and brought about their spiritual
death, separation from God and eventually brought about their natural death.
That brings us up to date to where mankind is today. Sin in our heart and lives will separate us from
the tree of life. Who is the tree of life? The Word; Jesus Christ is the giver of life. So what must we
do? Confess our sins and turn to God so there is reconciliation, and start eating from the tree of life;
His Word. The alternate is to continue to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil which
includes everything that is temporal and subject to change: weakness in our bodies, what the
doctors or results say, opinions of others, what we can see, what we can feel; symptoms,
depression, addictions and so on. Whereas the Word of God is eternal; it never changes,
because God is the same yesterday, today and forever.

So today, once you have confessed any known sin, choose to eat from the tree of life and feed your
spiritual man. Then your faith will grow and you will become strong and even an overcomer. As you
eat from the tree of life, you will be nourished, strengthened, healed and empowered.
Firstly we need to understand that sickness does not come from God. God is a good and loving
God. Satan; the serpent, is the one trying to steal health from you and destroy your life. As you
walk in God’s way, Satan will not have access to you. Let us look at some of the scriptures in this
article that give life.
God has explained in the Bible, His way of doing things in this natural realm. God is not moved by
your need; He is moved by faith when His Word is believed and spoken by you. That is how you
were saved: you believed in your heart and you confessed with your mouth the Lord Jesus.
It is the same with healing. God stands behind His Word to perform it when it is truly believed by
you. “Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.”
“Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word
to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:12 & Amplified Bible. God’s will is for you to be well and that He is
glorified through your life.
SO WHAT ARE YOU SAYING ABOUT YOUR SITUATION?
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it
[for death or life].” Proverbs 18:21 & Amplified Bible. Speak life into whatever is dead!
What you really believe will come out of your mouth. Your words are powerful, so may I suggest
you only speak words that agree with God’s Word. Jesus always spoke the answer to the situation;
He never spoke the problem.
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I
spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.” 2 Corinthians 4:13.
When you believe and speak God’s Word, you are speaking life into your situation. You might be
almost dead and the doctors have said the situation is impossible. Through this article I am saying
God is the giver of life and nothing is impossible to those who believe Him and His Word.
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” “For with God nothing is ever impossible and no
word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.” Luke 1:37 & Amplified
Bible.
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath
everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” “I
assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the person whose ears are open to My words [who listens
to My message] and believes and trusts in and clings to and relies on Him Who sent Me has
(possesses now) eternal life. And he does not come into judgment [does not incur sentence of
judgment, will not come under condemnation], but he has already passed over out of death into
life.” John 5:24 & Amplified Bible.
When God’s Word is spoken aloud, you are not only hearing it with your natural ears, but more
importantly is to hear it with your spiritual ears; in your spiritual being. Then faith and life will rise up
on the inside and will be manifested on the outside. Amen.
Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall
hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.” “Believe Me when I assure
you, most solemnly I tell you, the time is coming and is here now when the dead shall hear the
voice of the Son of God and those who hear it shall live.” John 5:25 & Amplified Bible.

Therefore may I encourage you to SAY the following scriptures aloud. God’s Words in your heart
and in your mouth are life giving and powerful, so believe and declare the Word of God.
YOUR FIGHT IS A FIGHT OF FAITH, so use the weapon God has given you; the Word of God.
“I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.” Psalm 118:17. Stand your ground!
There is no need to go to heaven until you have fulfilled all of God’s plan for your life. There is work
to be done; we all need to be labourers of the harvest.
Jesus said, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they
might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” “The thief (Satan) comes only in
order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in
abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” John 10:10 & Amplified Bible. Sickness does not come
from God, rather Satan is the one stealing health from you. If you are living your life outside of
God’s way, Satan has access to your life. However, you can make a decision today and alter your
wellbeing and future.
IF YOU ARE A BELIEVER, and not a doubter, you have been given benefits.
“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits. Who forgiveth ALL thine iniquities;
who healeth ALL thy diseases. Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee
with lovingkindness and tender mercies.” “Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my
soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits-- Who forgives [every one of] all your iniquities,
Who heals [each one of] all your diseases, Who redeems (purchases) your life from the pit
and corruption, Who beautifies, dignifies, and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy.”
Psalm 103:2-4 & Amplified Bible.
Believers have been given authority to SPEAK to mountains in their lives, and NOT SPEAK
about mountains.
“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That
whosoever shall SAY unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and
shall not doubt in his heart, but shall BELIEVE that those things which he SAITH shall come
to pass; he shall have whatsoever he SAITH.” “And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in
God [constantly]. Truly I tell you, whoever SAYS to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into
the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but BELIEVES that what he SAYS will take
place, it will be done for him.” Mark 11:23 & Amplified Bible.
LOOK TO GOD’S WORD
“Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.” “Turn away my
eyes from beholding vanity (idols and idolatry); and restore me to vigorous life and health in
Your ways.” Psalm 119:37 & Amplified Bible. Put your eyes on God and His Word, and not other
things that will distract, discourage or draw you away from God’s best for you.
“As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy
likeness.” “As for me, I will continue beholding Your face in righteousness (rightness, justice,
and right standing with You); I shall be fully satisfied, when I awake [to find myself] beholding
Your form [and having sweet communion with You].” Psalm 17:15 & Amplified Bible. We behold
Him, when we have fellowship with Him; spend time with Him, and look into His Word.
“Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.” “Plead my cause and
redeem me; revive me and give me life according to Your word.” Psalm 119:154 & Amplified
Bible.

YOU HAVE BEEN PROMISED LONG LIFE. Stand on God’s Word and believe it.
“He ASKED life of thee, and thou GAVEST it him, even length of days for ever and ever.” “He
ASKED life of You, and You GAVE it to him--LONG LIFE forever and evermore.” Psalm 21:4 &
Amplified Bible.
You are to rise up in faith and not fear. God is for you and not against you. “The LORD is my light
and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be
afraid?” “THE LORD is my Light and my Salvation--whom shall I fear or dread? The Lord is the
Refuge and Stronghold of my life--of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1 & Amplified Bible.
What is the opposite to fear? Faith. God is bigger than your situation. He created the universe and
you; whom He loves you dearly.
Believers are called to be kings and priests; a royal priesthood. We are to live and not die!
“Thou wilt prolong the king's life: and his years as many generations.” “May You prolong the
[true] King's life [adding days upon days], and may His years be to the last generation [of this
world and the generations of the world to come].” Psalm 61:6 & Amplified Bible.
“With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.” Psalm 91:16.
KEEP GOD’S WORD BEFORE YOU; ALL THE TIME. We need to be thinking on God’s Word,
more than the sickness and continue to walk; live our lives, according to God’s Word.
“My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments. For length of days,
and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.” “MY SON, forget not my law or teaching, but
let your heart keep my commandments; For length of days and years of a life [worth living] and
tranquility [inward and outward and continuing through old age till death], these shall they add to
you.” Proverbs 3:1-2 & Amplified Bible.
THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
Are you filled with the Holy Spirit? If not, then ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit or get
alongside someone who is, and ask them to pray for you. Get FILLED with God’s Spirit and get
FILLED with God’s Word.
“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up
Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”
“And if the Spirit of Him Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, [then] He Who raised
up Christ Jesus from the dead will also restore to life your mortal (short-lived, perishable)
bodies through His Spirit Who dwells in you.” Romans 8:11 & Amplified Bible.
HEALING COMES BY FAITH
Faith grows by hearing the Word, so going forward may I encourage you to attend a Church
where the Truth of God’s Word is preached, believed and demonstrated. Also be around
believers and not doubters! If you desire strong faith, then walk with those who are strong in
faith and strong in God’s Word.

“NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” “NOW faith is
the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of
things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is
not revealed to the senses].” Hebrews 11:1 & Amplified Bible.
Healing is available for ALL. NOW is the time for you to believe and receive it. Amen.
DECLARE IN FAITH: “Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus
Christ. I believe Jesus Christ took every sickness, pain, weakness and disease on the cross. I am
not having this sickness, pain, weakness and disease in my body any more! I command it to leave
right NOW in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a new creation; created in the image of God,
Who is perfect. Sickness, pain, weakness and disease, is no longer part of my life; I resist it. Jesus
Christ bore everything for me, and by His stripes, I believe and I receive my healing NOW, and I
AM HEALED! Thank you Lord. Amen.”
Faith is NOW. Once you have asked, and believed (received the assurance in your heart),
healing is on its way to you! Amen.
Faith without works or actions is dead. So now do some kind of action, by faith; move that arm, lift
that leg, roll your shoulders, turn your head etc!

HEALING
MENTAL HEALTH AND PEACE WITHIN
Many people think healing is about being physically well in their body. However, there is more to
people than just their body. Healing also includes mental wellbeing, healthy relationships, healthy
finances, healthy surrounds; where you live, these all need to be well.
You already know there is more to you than just your body. You have been created as a three-fold
being: you have a spirit (your heart; the real you), soul (your mind, will and emotions) and these
live in your body. In this article let us look at healing in the mental (soul) realm.
For some, life can go from one crisis to another. The pressures keep building and building. Some
people are ready to explode, unable to cope and can’t take any more. Their minds are continually
being tormented. Even their situations are beyond their control and are overwhelming them. For
others no matter what they do, everything seems to be against them. Then there are some who
experience the pain of isolation, loneliness, insecurity and even abandonment. Instead of having an
attitude of “Life be in it and living life to the full”, they are thinking “Let me get out of here, I can’t
take any more of this.” Any of the above situations can lead to drug dependence, oppression,
alcoholism, depression, withdrawal from society and even suicidal tendencies. Then the way of
well-meaning people is to suggest anti-depressants and to commence much counselling. Is that the
answer and the best choice? No! There is a much better way. His name is Jesus Christ.
As you read this article with an open heart and mind, just allow God to speak to your heart through
His word of truth. God has given many scriptures in His Word to help you. God loves you and as
your heavenly Father, He desires to comfort, strengthen, protect and shield you from trouble, carry
you through every situation, and bring peace to your heart and mind. For this to happen, it will
mean you no longer trying to do everything in your own strength, but rather handing every situation
over to God and trusting Him to bring you through. God has you and your best future on His heart.
Through this article God desires to minister peace to you; with God, with others and with
yourself.
PEACE WITH GOD
The most important person to have peace with, is God Himself. If you are not ‘right’ with God, then
life is definitely going to get much tougher for you. However, if your life is ‘right’ with God, there is
protection from everything. Outside of God means that you are trying to be ‘god’ and endeavouring
to control everything. This allows the enemy (the Devil) to have access to you and your life. The
result will be stress; mentally and physically. Many sicknesses and illnesses are caused through
mental stress, which is often brought about through fear.
Sin in your heart and life, will separate you from God’s goodness and wellbeing. If there is sin
in your heart or life, right now, repent (confess it to God and turn away from it), and sin no more.
Then you can be made one with Jesus Christ and experience true peace with Him and others.
“For he (Jesus) is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of
partition between us.” “For He is [Himself] our peace (our bond of unity and harmony). He has
made us both [Jew and Gentile] one [body], and has broken down (destroyed, abolished) the
hostile dividing wall between us.” Ephesians 2:14 & Amplified Bible.
God desires you to have a relationship with Him; you can actually know God and His ways of life.
Not only does God desire you to have peace in your heart, He desires you to have peace in your
mind.

“For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” “Now the
mind of the flesh [which is sense and reason without the Holy Spirit] is death [death that
comprises all the miseries arising from sin, both here and hereafter]. But the mind of the
[Holy] Spirit is life and [soul] peace [both now and forever].” Romans 8:6 & Amplified Bible.
Peace with God is available to you, because it has been purchased by God’s Son, Jesus Christ,
when He paid the price for it by dying on the cross.
“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
“Therefore, since we are justified (acquitted, declared righteous, and given a right standing with
God) through faith, let us [grasp the fact that we] have [the peace of reconciliation to hold and
to enjoy] peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).”
Romans 5:1.
Confusion, negativity, severe feelings of uncertainty are not coming from God. “For God is not the
author of confusion, but of peace…” 1 Corinthians 14:33.
Everlasting peace comes from God. “Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.” Romans
15:33.
PEACE WITH OTHERS
There is a principle of God regarding sowing and reaping. What you sow, you shall reap. If you sow
strife you will certainly reap strife, upsets, quarrels and so on. However, if you sow peace you will
reap peace, kindness and goodness. Your current situation; is it a time of sowing or is it a time of
reaping what has already been sown? How do you treat and relate to others?
If you relate to others with love, respective and kindness, there will be peace. “But glory, honour,
and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile.” “But glory
and honor and [heart] peace shall be awarded to everyone who [habitually] does good, the
Jew first and also the Greek (Gentile).” Romans 2:10.
“If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” “If possible, as far as it
depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” Romans 12:18 & Amplified Bible.
Do our lives show the good news of peace? Do people like to be around you or do they try to avoid
you? “And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of
them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” Romans 10:15.
“Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one
may edify another.” “So let us then definitely aim for and eagerly pursue what makes for
harmony and for mutual upbuilding (edification and development) of one another.” Romans
14:19.
“…Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace
shall be with you.” “… Be strengthened (perfected, completed, made what you ought to be); be
encouraged and consoled and comforted; be of the same [agreeable] mind one with another;
live in peace, and [then] the God of love [Who is the Source of affection, goodwill, love, and
benevolence toward men] and the Author and Promoter of peace will be with you.” 2
Corinthians 13:1 & Amplified Bible.
Not only is peace a fruit of the Spirit, peace is also a powerful force. To remain at peace, when
others are being overwhelmed, is truly a Godly strength. “Endeavouring to keep the unity of the
Spirit in the bond of peace.” “Be eager and strive earnestly to guard and keep the harmony and
oneness of [and produced by] the Spirit in the binding power of peace.” Ephesians 4:3 &
Amplified Bible.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Ephesians 6:12. The opposition may be coming to you in this physical realm, through a person, but
understand what is stirring it up is a spiritual principality or power, endeavouring to bring
disharmony, disunity, despair and depression. So do not react to it, but rather hold your peace and
ignore it, or else move away or excuse yourself, from the situation or person.
We are not to wrestle or fight with others. As much as is possible, we have been called to be
peacemakers. We are therefore not accountable for the attitude and actions of others. We are
however accountable to God for our attitudes and actions, at all times.
PEACE WITH YOURSELF
FORGIVE OTHERS
Unforgiveness can allow the Devil to attack your body with sickness, as well as keep you from
going to heaven. So we all must walk in forgiveness at all times; no matter what has happened.
Your life, health and wellbeing is more important than any situation or holding onto a grudge. If you
keep rehearsing what has happened in your heart and even telling others, there is unforgiveness.
There is not one perfect person on this planet and God’s Word shows us clearly what to do.
“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O
LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:14.
“And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is
in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.” “And whenever you stand praying, if you have
anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your
Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your [own] failings and shortcomings and let
them drop.” Mark 11:25 & Amplified Bible.
“Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and
ye shall be forgiven.“ “Judge not [neither pronouncing judgment nor subjecting to censure], and
you will not be judged; do not condemn and pronounce guilty, and you will not be condemned and
pronounced guilty; acquit and forgive and release (give up resentment, let it drop), and you will
be acquitted and forgiven and released.” Luke 6:37 & Amplified Bible.
PEACE IN THREE PLACES
There needs to be peace in your heart, in your mind and in your body. The peace of God in your
heart is the one to always follow.
PEACE IN YOUR HEART
“And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be
ye thankful.” “And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from Christ rule (act as umpire
continually) in your hearts [deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your
minds, in that peaceful state] to which as [members of Christ's] one body you were also called [to
live]. And be thankful (appreciative), [giving praise to God always].” Colossians 3:15 & Amplified
Bible.
When making any decision, rather than being moved by pressure or fear, it is always best to wait
until you have a ‘peace’ about it in your heart, which comes from God. Then you will move in faith.
Quite simply, if there is no peace, then there should be no action taken. God’s plan is best and His
timing is perfect.

Also obedience to God’s will and His Word, will bring about peace within. For example, if you
believe God is showing you in your heart or in His Word to take a particular action and you have a
‘peace’ about it, your mind might try to talk you out of God’s will. The result will be confusion;
double-mindedness, wavering and going around the ‘same mountain again’. Indecisions tear,
whereas decisions cut clean. God knows all things including your future, so just trust and obey
His leading, and set your course accordingly.
Jesus said, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world
ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” “I have told you these
things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have
tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be
confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to
harm you and have conquered it for you.]” John 16:33.
God word shows us there are going to be challenging situations in this life. With His help we will
pass through the current season and will soon be onto the next season or situation. We keep going
forward in life, and not looking backwards or dwelling on the past.
“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall
not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the
flame kindle upon thee.” “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through
the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned
or scorched, nor will the flame kindle upon you.” Isaiah 43:2 & Amplified Bible. This is God’s
promise to you.
God has promised that even in challenging times in life, that He will be with us. We just need to
keep looking to Him. Do you remember the situation when Peter was obeying the Lord and walking
on the water? He was doing really well while He kept looking to Jesus. It was only when he took his
eyes off Jesus and started looking around at other things (the strong opposing wind), and then
came reasoning in his mind about the situation, that he started to sink.
Jesus said, “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.” John 14:1.
Jesus also said “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I
unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27.
The word of God says many times “Fear not!” Our trust and confidence needs to be God and not in
our job, our money, our circumstances, our families; our reliance needs to be in God only, as He is
working all things according to His wonderful plan for our lives.
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your
requests be made known unto God.” “Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in
every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with
thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.” Philippians 4:6 & Amplified Bible.
Just include God in on all the decision making.
“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds

Are you feeling burdened? Jesus is the only One Who can carry every burden.
Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest
unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” “Come to Me, all you who
labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and
relieve and refresh your souls.] Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek)
and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and
recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good--not
harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is
light and easy to be borne.” Matthew 11:28-30.
If we humble ourselves and learn His ways, we can ask Him to help us, and He will. Then we will
find His way is much easier and better.
PEACE IN YOUR MIND
What you are thinking on all the time; either positively or negatively, is going to affect you. Negative
thoughts may come into your mind, but they do not have to remain.
“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of
God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” “[Inasmuch as we]
refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself
up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive
into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).” 2 Corinthians 10:5 & Amplified
Bible.
So rather than trying to solve every problem, it is better to commit the situation to the Lord, and
leave it with Him. He knows best how to resolve it and may even show you if there is something
you need to do. Also our thought-life needs to be positive and agree with God’s Word.
“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things
are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good
report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” “For the rest,
brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly,
whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and
winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise,
think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them].” Philippians
4:8 & Amplified Bible.
The Christian life is full of learning from God’s Word and then applying what is learned.
“Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and
the God of peace shall be with you.“ “Practice what you have learned and received and heard
and seen in me, and model your way of living on it, and the God of peace (of untroubled,
undisturbed well-being) will be with you.” Philippians 4:9 & Amplified Bible.

HAVE A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP!
If you have given your life to the Lord, you are greatly loved by the Lord, and He desires to bless
you with sound sleep. “It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows
(anxious toil, worry): for so he giveth his beloved sleep.” Psalm 127:2.
“I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.” “In
peace I will both lie down and sleep, for You, Lord, alone make me dwell in safety and
confident trust.” Psalm 4:8 & Amplified Bible.
The Lord is the only One Who does not sleep, because He is watching over this whole world.
“Behold, He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.” Psalm 121:4.
BE STILL
Sometimes being ‘still’ is the right action to take. “Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with
your own heart upon your bed, and be still.” Psalm 4:4.
“And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD,
which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them
again no more for ever.” “Moses told the people, Fear not; stand still (firm, confident,
undismayed) and see the salvation of the Lord which He will work for you today. For the
Egyptians you have seen today you shall never see again.” Exodus 14:13 & Amplified Bible.
“The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” “The Lord will fight for you, and
you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.” Exodus 14:14 & Amplified Bible.
We do not have to get into fights, arguments or even give people a ‘piece’ of our mind and run off at
the mouth. Better to remain at rest in Him. He knows every heart and every motive.
THE LORD IS FOR YOU
“The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.” Psalm 9:9.
“For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall
he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.” Psalm 27:5.
“But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou
defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. For thou, LORD, wilt bless the
righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.” “But let all those who take
refuge and put their trust in You rejoice; let them ever sing and shout for joy, because You
make a covering over them and defend them; let those also who love Your name be joyful in
You and be in high spirits. For You, Lord, will bless the [uncompromisingly] righteous [him
who is upright and in right standing with You]; as with a shield You will surround him with
goodwill (pleasure and favor).” Psalm 5:11-12 & Amplified Bible.
“And he (Jesus) arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the
wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” Mark 4:39. Jesus Christ has given you His authority to
take charge of the situation.
If thoughts of depression, lies, negativity come into your mind, just say “The Lord has given me a
sound mind, and I will not fear!”

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear),
but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and
discipline and self-control.” 2 Timothy 1:7 & Amplified Bible.
We are not to live by our feelings, rather we are to live by faith in God and His Word. Feelings
are unreliable and always changing, whereas God and His Word are sure and steadfast; He
never changes. “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” “Jesus Christ (the
Messiah) is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the ages).” Hebrews 13:8.
We have been called out of the kingdom of darkness to walk in the light and be at peace.
“For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy
Ghost.” “[After all] the kingdom of God is not a matter of [getting the] food and drink [one likes], but
instead it is righteousness (that state which makes a person acceptable to God) and [heart]
peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” Romans 14:17 & Amplified Bible.
“Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.” “Grace
(favor and spiritual blessing) be to you and [heart] peace from God our Father and the Lord
Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 1:3 & Amplified Bible. True peace comes from the Godhead.
“Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.” “May
grace (God's unmerited favor) and spiritual peace [which means peace with God and harmony,
unity, and undisturbedness] be yours from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.”
Ephesians 1:2 & Amplified Bible.
HEALING IS FOR YOU
Not only did Jesus bare every sin when He died on the cross, He also bore every sickness,
disease, weakness and pain when He was whipped prior to dying on the cross, so mankind no
longer needs to suffer them.
“He (Jesus) is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and
we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath
borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and
afflicted.” “He was despised and rejected and forsaken by men, a Man of sorrows and pains,
and acquainted with grief and sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces He was
despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any esteem for Him. Surely He has borne
our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of
punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with
leprosy].” Isaiah 53:3-4 & Amplified Bible.
It also says of Jesus, “But he (Jesus) was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our
iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the
chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the
stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.” Isaiah 53:5 & Amplified Bible.
Jesus bore the chastisement of your peace, which means He suffered the punishment of your
lack of peace, just so you can now have peace. Jesus, by His ultimate sacrifice of dying on the
cross, has purchased peace for you. Therefore the Devil (Satan) has no right to torment you
mentally or to steal peace from you. Jesus also purchased freedom; from fear, affliction of mind,
depression, mental anxiety and anything else that keeps your mind from enjoying peace. You do
not have to rely on anti-depressants. Rely on Jesus Christ and the finished work of the cross. His
peace is available for you to receive today.

FROM DEPRESSION TO DOMINION
Where does oppression and depression come from? “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with
the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed
of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38.
Oppression, depression, affliction and torment in your mind, comes from the Devil.
What else did Jesus do on the cross? He bore all our guilt and selfish ways and every
oppression, affliction and torment; and He did not react.
“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD
hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened
not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is
dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.” “All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every
one to his own way; and the Lord has made to light upon Him the guilt and iniquity of us all. He
was oppressed, [yet when] He was afflicted, He was submissive and opened not His mouth;
like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He opened
not His mouth.” Isaiah 53:6-7 & Amplified Bible.
Jesus as your sacrifice bore every sickness, guilt, oppression, affliction of mind, fear, wounds, just
so you do not have to bear them.
What does God say to do regarding oppression from the Devil? “Submit yourselves therefore to
God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” “So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand
firm against him], and he will flee from you.” James 4:7. The key is to submit to God first.
If the Devil is putting negative thoughts and torments into your mind, call out and look to God. God
will give you an enabling and even make a way of escape. “God resisteth the proud, and giveth
grace to the humble.” 1 Peter 5:5.
The key is in yielding and trusting God, rather than trusting in any man, or man made tablet.
As a believer, God has given you authority, so you can stand up and in the name of the Lord Jesus
Christ, command the sickness, disease, pain and torment to go from you. Refuse to allow them in
your body. Then resist any symptoms going forward.
BE SET FREE
We need to trust everything to Jesus Christ. Who is Jesus Christ? God’s Son Who was prophesied
of in Isaiah 9:6 “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be
upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The
everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
Jesus Christ is the best ‘Counsellor’ you can ever have as He is all knowing and knows the end
from the beginning. His Word contains all Truth and reveals how to live your life. He is also the
Prince of Peace.
Jesus said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel
to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives,
and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.” “The Spirit of the Lord
[is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good
news (the Gospel) to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and
recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are
downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity].” Luke 4:18. & Amplified Bible.

If life has taken a toll on you, then today, Jesus desires to minister healing to you; spirit, soul and
body.
Jesus Christ also came to usher in the Kingdom of God on earth and to set the captives free.
Wherever Jesus went, people were healed and He cast out evil spirits. Some illnesses are caused
by an evil spirit. Please understand I am not saying every sickness is caused by an evil spirit, but
there are some people who need to be delivered of an evil spirit, including some Christians. They
need deliverance, and not counseling! After Jesus cast out the demon from the man in Gadarenes,
the man was then in his right mind. After Jesus cast out the deaf and dumb spirits, the people could
hear and speak.
Churches today need to have a demonstration of the power of God and not just information
about God. When God comes into a Church meeting things happen, lives get changed, people get
set free, there’s joy, peace, healings and salvations. Amen. Demonstration does not only have to
be in Church. God will use you wherever you are to reach and heal people. People need an
encounter with God.
The Apostle Paul said, “And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of
man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.” “And my language and my
message were not set forth in persuasive (enticing and plausible) words of wisdom, but they were
in demonstration of the [Holy] Spirit and power [a proof by the Spirit and power of God,
operating on me and stirring in the minds of my hearers the most holy emotions and thus
persuading them].” 1 Corinthians 2:4 & Amplified Bible.
RECEIVE HEALING
In general, how do we receive God’s peace and wholeness within? By faith. Faith is believing God
and His Word in your heart and then acting on God’s Word.
“And he (Jesus) said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be
whole of thy plague.” “And He said to her, Daughter, your faith (your trust and confidence in
Me, springing from faith in God) has restored you to health. Go in (into) peace and be
continually healed and freed from your [distressing bodily] disease.” Mark 5:34 & Amplified
Bible.
True and lasting peace is only found in abiding in the Jesus Christ. So instead of continually looking
at the circumstances or situation, just keep your eyes on Jesus Christ and His word of Truth, which
includes the scriptures mentioned earlier in this article.
In summary, God is a good and loving God, desiring you to have peace. The Devil (Satan), is the
one trying to steal peace and health from you and destroy your life.
God has explained in the Bible His way of doing things in this natural realm. God is not moved by
your need; He is moved by faith when you look to Him and when His Word is believed and spoken
by you. That is how you were saved: you believed in your heart and you confessed with your
mouth the Lord Jesus.
It is the same with healing. God stands behind His Word to perform it when it is truly believed by
you.

SO WHAT ARE YOU SAYING ABOUT YOUR SITUATION?
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it
[for death or life].” Proverbs 18:21 & Amplified Bible. Speak life into whatever is dead!
What you really believe will come out of your mouth. Your words are powerful, so may I suggest
you only speak words that agree with God’s Word. Jesus always spoke the answer to the
situation; He never spoke the problem.
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I
spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.” 2 Corinthians 4:13.
When you believe and speak God’s Word, you are speaking life into your situation. You might be
almost dead and the doctors have said the situation is impossible, however, through this article I
am saying God is the giver of life and nothing is impossible to those who believe Him and His
Word.
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” “For with God nothing is ever impossible and no
word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.” Luke 1:37 & Amplified
Bible.
YOUR FIGHT IS A FIGHT OF FAITH, so use the weapon God has given you; the Word of God.
Any negative thoughts and thoughts of depression are like fiery darts.
“Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of
the wicked.” “Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench
all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one].” Ephesians 6:16 & Amplified Bible.
Do not come into agreement with the whisperings of the Devil, after all he is a liar anyway and
cannot tell the truth. Instead, agree with God’s Word for your life and wellbeing.
Jesus said, “The thief (Devil) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that
they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” “The thief (Devil) comes
only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in
abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” John 10:10 & Amplified Bible.
“Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them ALL.”
“Many evils confront the [consistently] righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them
ALLL.” Psalm 34:19 & Amplified Bible.
Mental affliction, schizophrenia, depression, bi-polar, sickness and so on, does not come from God.
Rather the Devil (Satan) is the one stealing health and wellbeing from you. If you are living your life
outside of God’s perfect way, Satan has access to your life. However, you can make a decision
today and alter your wellbeing and future.
What is the opposite to fear? Faith. God is bigger than your situation. God created the universe and
you; whom He loves dearly. So rise up in faith and do not fear. God is for you and not against
you.
“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?” “THE LORD is my Light and my Salvation--whom shall I fear or
dread? The Lord is the Refuge and Stronghold of my life--of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalm
27:1 & Amplified Bible.

KEEP GOD’S WORD BEFORE YOU - ALL THE TIME. We need to be thinking on and even
speaking God’s Word, more than the situation or sickness and continue to walk; live our lives,
according to God’s Word.
HEALING COMES BY FAITH
Faith grows by hearing the Word, so going forward may I encourage you to attend a Church
where the Truth of God’s Word is preached, believed and demonstrated. Also, be around
believers and not doubters! If you desire strong faith, then walk with those who are strong in
faith and strong in God’s Word.
Healing is available for ALL. NOW is the time for you to believe and receive it. Amen.
DECLARE IN FAITH: “Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus
Christ. I believe Jesus Christ took every sickness, pain, weakness and disease on the cross. I am
not having this sickness, pain, weakness and disease in my body any more! I command it to leave
right NOW in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a new creation, created in the image of God,
Who is perfect. Sickness, pain, weakness and disease, is no longer part of my life; I resist it. Jesus
Christ bore everything for me, and by His stripes, I believe and I receive my healing NOW, and I
AM HEALED! Thank you Lord. Amen.”
Faith is NOW. Once you have asked, and believed (received the assurance in your heart),
healing is on its way to you! Amen.
Faith without works or actions is dead. So now do some kind of action, by faith; move that arm, lift
that leg, roll your shoulders, turn your head etc!
KEEP BELIEVING AND THANKING THE LORD FOR HEALING YOU! Amen.

SALVATION
RIGHT NOW WHERE DO YOU STAND BEFORE GOD?
Do you have the assurance that if you took your last breath while reading this article, that God,
Who is holy and pure would receive you into His heaven? Or is there sin in your life separating
you from God and your sin would take you to a fiery hell? Only by getting your life right with
God, and continuing to live right before God, will you be received by the Lord God Almighty
into His heaven. Or, you might be reading this article and you know you are not serving God as
you should. You have let other things in your life come before God and steal your relationship
and blessings from God, and you want to come back to God. God is love and therefore He
desires a relationship with you, not religion. We serve God because we love Him and are
thankful for the great sacrifice He made for us.
God desires to forgive you and blot out all the sins of your past, and to give you a future. His
love for you is so great, that in exchange for all your sins, transgressions, iniquities,
uncleanness and curses, and all the guilt that goes with your current life, He will give you peace
in your heart and mind and eternal life! Remember, Jesus stood openly (unashamedly) on a
cross, with His arms outstretched wide, to prove how much He loves you. If you were the only
person in the world, He still would have gone and died on the cross, just for you. That is how
valuable you are to God. Jesus Christ actually died for you, and then rose from the dead three days
later! Today is the day of salvation – that means now!

DECISION TIME
“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death,
blessing and cursing: therefore CHOOSE LIFE, that both thou and thy seed may live. That thou
mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey His voice, and that thou mayest
cleave unto him: for He is thy life, and the length of thy days…” Deuteronomy 30:19-20.
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9.
If you would like to receive God’s free gift of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and make
a fresh start today by surrendering your life to Him, then say the following prayer aloud. As you
believe, and say this prayer sincerely from your heart, God will hear you, and forgive you,
and cleanse away ALL your sins.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
“Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. I confess that I
have sinned against You and others. I am sorry for everything I have done wrong and I ask You to
forgive me. I believe Jesus Christ took all my sins and sicknesses upon Himself, when He died on
the cross for me, and rose again on the third day. Lord, You said in Your Word that if I confess
with my mouth the Lord Jesus and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I
will be saved. So Father, right now I give you my life, and I confess Jesus Christ is my Lord,
my Saviour and my Healer, Who died for me, and then rose from the dead. Thank you Lord, for
Your love, forgiveness, mercy, and giving me eternal life. Amen.”
WELCOME TO THE FAMILY OF GOD. God loves you and so do we. If you said this prayer, we
would like you to let us know.
NEW BEGINNING
This is a new beginning, a new day for you, a fresh start, but this time walking with God, and not
trying to live life in your own strength and on your own terms anymore. This time, God is desiring to
have a relationship with you and help you everyday, because He has an exciting future planned for
you, which will unfold one day at a time!
GOING FORWARD
Your heavenly Father will not let you down. As you look to Him, He is going to help you every day.
He will also bring any necessary adjustments in your life and help you to re-arrange some things,
so life improves for you. By the way, as you are learning God’s way, if you make a mistake, just
confess it to Him, be quick to repent and turn away from it, and ask the Lord to forgive you and help
you not to do it again.
Commit each day to the Lord. Also, the following scripture shows you how to walk with the Lord.
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living
sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed
to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is
that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:1-2.

“I APPEAL to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make
a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living
sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable
(rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world (this
age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed
(changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that
you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even
the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].” Romans 12:1-2
Amplified Bible. Your mind is renewed as you learn God’s ways, through His Word.
This is a new day for you!
GROW IN THE WAYS OF GOD
To grow in the ways of God, we encourage you to do the following:
1. Every day - Talk to the Lord. You can tell Him everything because He wants to help you. Life
in God is about having a relationship with Him, and not about religious traditions.
2. Every day - Read the Bible so you get to know how much God loves you and what He desires
to do in your life. If you do not have a Bible, get with someone who does, or continue to meditate on
the many scriptures in this Magazine. Just like you feed your natural man, God’s Word feeds your
spiritual man. The Bible consists of both the Old and New Testaments. (2 Timothy 3:16.)
3. Every week - Attend Church so you can learn and grow in the ways of God, receive
Communion and give your Tithes and Offerings to the Lord, so His blessings will flow in your life.
(Hebrews 10:25.)
4. Get Water Baptised (full immersion) and filled with the Holy Spirit (with the evidence of
speaking in tongues). The Holy Spirit will help you understand the Bible and to walk with the Lord.
(Acts 2:4 & 38.)
5. Be around strong Christians who will encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
So may the Lord God who loves you so very much, bless you, guide you and protect you, as you
walk with Him every day! Amen.

HEALING
WALK IN LOVE AT ALL TIMES
Many people need healing and are waiting for the Lord to heal them. To receive God’s healing
takes faith. God’s Word says, “NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of
things not seen.” “NOW faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things
[we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality
[faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].” Hebrews 11:1 & Amplified
Bible.
But for many they are unable to receive their healing because God’s Word also says, “…faith
which worketh by love.” “…faith activated and energized and expressed and working
through love.” Galatians 5:6 & Amplified Bible.
Jesus said, “And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and
with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like,
namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater
than these.” Mark 12:30-31.
So how is life with you and those around you? If your life is full of strife, upsets, quarrels, anger and
so on, you will short circuit your faith. We need to understand that we cannot change people; rather
we need to commit them to God, as He knows every person and sees every motivation. God has
called us to walk in love, no matter what comes our way. God is looking on our heart and our
response to every situation.
God also requires us to live peaceably with all people. “If it be possible, as much as lieth in you,
live peaceably with all men.” “If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with
everyone.” Romans 12:18 & Amplified Bible.
“…Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace
shall be with you.” “… Be strengthened (perfected, completed, made what you ought to be); be
encouraged and consoled and comforted; be of the same [agreeable] mind one with another;
live in peace, and [then] the God of love [Who is the Source of affection, goodwill, love, and
benevolence toward men] and the Author and Promoter of peace will be with you.” 2
Corinthians 13:1 & Amplified Bible.
We each need unity with others to ensure God’s blessing on our lives. “Behold, how good and
how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the
head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his
garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for
there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.” Psalms 133:1-3.
Healing is a blessing. If there is strife instead of peace, the strife is more than likely contributing to
your ill health and strife will steal your joy. Why is joy important? Joy brings healing.
“A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” “A happy heart is
good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.” Proverbs
17:22 & Amplified Bible.
“A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.”
Proverbs 15:13.
What is happening on the inside of you will show on the outside of you on your face and in your
behaviour.

First we need to look at ourselves. Are we causing the upsets? If so we need to take appropriate
action and ask God to change us. Amen. We also need to look at the people around us? If they are
unhappy, depressed, quarrelsome and so on, may I suggest you find some new friends, preferably
those strong in God, because they should be full of the joy of the Lord. “His lord said unto him, Well
done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee
ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” Matthew 25:21. Obedience to God’s
Word, brings joy.
“And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Ghost.” “And the disciples were
continually filled [throughout their souls] with joy and the Holy Spirit.” Acts 13:52 & Amplified
Bible.
It takes two to argue; so may I suggest that you be the one to walk away, or leave off, so the
situation does not escalate. Then commit the situation to the Lord and believe Him to fight the battle
instead.
“The beginning of strife is as when one letteth out water: therefore leave off contention, before it
be meddled with.” “The beginning of strife is as when water first trickles [from a crack in a dam];
therefore stop contention before it becomes worse and quarreling breaks out.” Proverbs 17:14 &
Amplified Bible.
“It is an honour for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will be meddling.” “It is an honor
for a man to cease from strife and keep aloof from it, but every fool will quarrel.” Proverbs 20:3
& Amplified Bible.
“Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife
ceaseth.” “For lack of wood the fire goes out, and where there is no whisperer, contention
ceases.” Proverbs 26:20 & Amplified Bible.
We should not be the one causing division. “These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven
are an abomination unto him: a proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, an
heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, a false witness
that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.” Proverbs 6:16-19.
Therefore we must keep strife out of our homes, our families, our jobs and even at church, at all
times!
CHOOSE TO WALK IN LOVE
Jesus said the following.
“A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also
love one another.” John 13:34.
“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate
you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” Matthew 5:44.
When I was working in my corporate job, there was a Senior female Manager who was particularly
difficult to be around. This Manager had a lifestyle of being angry, frustrated and wanting to fight.
Most days, life in the office was like going into a battlefield. It wasn’t just me, this lady was difficult
with everyone. The problem was that I worked right beside her and so I could hear every angry fit of
conversation she would have with others. She even treated me quite badly and made up lies about
me to others in the office, however, I did not take anything personally, as I already understood I
wrestle not against flesh and blood. What I did, was to take the situation to the Lord. “Lord, what
should I do about …..?”

The scripture that came to me was the one above, “Love your enemies…do good to them and so
on.” To which I replied “Lord, give me the grace to do so.” He did. The Lord gave me ideas and
ways to love this lady and to bless her, no matter what she said or did. The learning from this was
the lady couldn’t fight ‘love’. So I just kept loving her, in spite of herself. Do you know the Lord
turned the whole situation around, and when this Manager left the company, she recommended me
for her position and so I was promoted to the Senior role. Amen and amazing. The Lord desires to
help us ‘navigate’ through every situation in life. No-one is worth losing your peace or joy over.
“These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might
be full.” John 15:11.
“This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.” John 15:12. Jesus
did not make this as a suggestion, it is a commandment.
“If ye love me, keep my commandments.” “If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My
commands.” John 14:15 & Amplified Bible.
“And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and
love one another, as he gave us commandment.” 1 John 3:23.
REPENT FROM STRIFE AND WALK IN FORGIVENESS
If you personally are in strife with someone, may I suggest you first repent to the Lord and in your
heart, willingly forgive the person. Then if at all possible make reconciliation with the other person.
Once there is genuine repentance, you have a clear conscience towards God and there will be
peace in your heart.
“Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.” “And, beloved, if
our consciences (our hearts) do not accuse us [if they do not make us feel guilty and condemn
us], we have confidence (complete assurance and boldness) before God.” 1 John 3:21 &
Amplified Bible.
“And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do
those things that are pleasing in his sight.” “And we receive from Him whatever we ask,
because we [watchfully] obey His orders [observe His suggestions and injunctions, follow His
plan for us] and [habitually] practice what is pleasing to Him.” 1 John 3:22 & Amplified Bible.
“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will,
he heareth us.” “And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we
have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in
agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us.” 1 John 5:14 & Amplified Bible.
GOD’S WILL IS HEALING.
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul
prospereth.” “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep
well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers.” 3 John 1:2.
HEALING COMES BY FAITH
Faith grows by hearing the Word, so going forward may I encourage you to attend a Church
where the Truth of God’s Word is preached, believed and demonstrated. Also be around
believers and not doubters! If you desire strong faith, then walk with those who are strong in
faith and strong in God’s Word.

DECLARE IN FAITH: “Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus
Christ. I believe Jesus Christ took every sickness, pain, weakness and disease on the cross. I am
not having this sickness, pain, weakness and disease in my body any more! I command it to leave
right NOW in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a new creation; created in the image of God,
Who is perfect. Sickness, pain, weakness and disease, is no longer part of my life; I resist it. Jesus
Christ bore everything for me, and by His stripes, I believe and I receive my healing NOW, and I
AM HEALED! Thank you Lord. Amen.”
Faith is NOW. Once you have asked, and believed (received the assurance in your heart),
healing is on its way to you! Amen.
Faith without works or actions is dead. So now do some kind of action, by faith; move that arm, lift
that leg, roll your shoulders, turn your head etc!
KEEP BELIEVING AND THANKING THE LORD FOR HEALING YOU! Amen.

HEALING
HEALING ALL INCLUDES YOU!
Do you know that you are very special in God’s eyes? How do I know this? God’s Word says so.
“For God so loved the world (You), that he gave his only begotten Son (Jesus Christ), that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his
Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” John
3:16-17.
The Amplified Bible reads of this same passage, “For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the
world (You) that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in
(trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have
eternal (everlasting) life. For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to
reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be
made safe and sound through Him.”
“…God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8.
Even when you did not know God or His ways, He loved you so much that He sent His Son, Jesus
Christ, to die for you, and in so doing He bore every sickness, weakness, disease and pain! God
does not desire anyone to perish, but rather that everyone to be safe and sound; whole.
God has not changed. He sent His Son Jesus Christ to reveal God’s will to mankind. So what did
Jesus do?
“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the
kingdom, and healing ALL manner of sickness and ALL manner of disease among the people.”
Matthew 4:23.
“…and great multitudes followed him (Jesus), and he healed them ALL.” Matthew 12:15.
“But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to
hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.” Luke 5:15.
“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing
good, and healing ALL that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38.
That is what Jesus did. He healed ALL. ALL the people who came to Him were healed. There is
no record of Him turning anyone away or anyone missing out on being healed when they came to
Him.
Jesus was moved with compassion. “And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was
moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.” Matthew 14:14. A great
multitude can mean thousands of people. What did Jesus do? He healed ALL the sick.
Not only did Jesus heal the multitudes, He had compassion on the ‘one’ person. “Now when he
came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his
mother, and she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her. And when the Lord saw
her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not. And he came and touched the bier:
and they that bare him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise. And he that was
dead sat up, and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother.” Luke 7:12-15.

The situation could not have been any worse that this. The young man was dead! Jesus however
had compassion on the mother. No matter what the Doctors have said, or how hopeless the
situation is, what does Jesus say in the Word?
“… I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall
he live.” John 11:25. So speak the Word of life into your situation.
“For with God NOTHING shall be impossible.” Luke 1:37.
“… If thou canst believe, ALL things are possible to him that believeth.” Mark 9:23.
God is speaking to you through this article to cause you to believe Him.
People everywhere are perishing through sickness and disease. How many diseases does God
desire to heal? ALL. So that certainly includes your situation.
“Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth ALL thy diseases.” “Who forgives [every one of]
all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] ALL your diseases.” Psalm 103:3 & Amplified Bible.
The same God Who is willing to forgive all our sins (that means every sin man has or will ever
commit), is the same God Who is willing to heal all; every one of our diseases. This of course will
only take place in our lives, as we turn to Him.
Jesus’ love and compassion has not changed. Why? “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to
day, and for ever.” Hebrews 13:8.
We can read in the following scriptures what God did for His people, yesterday (many years ago),
when He brought them out Egypt.
“He brought them forth … and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.” Psalm
105:37. Once the people had eaten of the Passover Lamb, which speaks of receiving Jesus Christ
as Lord and Saviour, there was not one feeble person. God is no respector of persons and so He
loves everyone the same. When you turn to Him, just like those people did, God will do the same
for you and you too can be strong in your body.
God is the same. “For I am the LORD, I change not…” Malachi 3:6.
So what must we do? “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and
thy water; and I WILL take sickness away from the midst of thee.” Exodus 23:25. God desires to
take sickness away from your body. How encouraging is that? He has written it down, just so we
know it is His will.
He also said, “… If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do
that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes,
I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the
LORD that healeth thee.” Exodus 15:26. As you turn to the Lord and walk in His ways, He desires
to heal you. I am is present tense, and so that means now; today.
Who are you going to turn to? David said, “I will cry unto God most high; unto God that
performeth all things for me.” Psalm 57:2.
There is no point crying out to your spouse, your friends, your Doctor. We are to cry out to God.
What are we to cry out to God? His Word! God watches over His Word to perform it. “Then said
the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.” “Then said the
Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it.”
Jeremiah 1:12 & Amplified Bible.

God says, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me
void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent
it.” “So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without
producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it
shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11 & Amplified Bible.
“For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be
no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it,
saith the Lord GOD.” Ezekiel 12:25.
When we speak God’s Word, that gives Him the opportunity to fulfil His Word in our lives. Amen.
What is in our heart is what will come out of our mouth, because the Word says “…for out of the
abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” Matthew 12:34.
If we believe in healing, we will speak about healing. If we believe in sickness, we will speak of
the sickness. We need to learn God’s Word and so speak healing over ourselves and others.
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I
spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.” 2 Corinthians 4:13.
To receive God’s healing takes faith. God has already given us faith which continues to increase as
we receive and truly believe God’s Word. God’s Word says, “NOW faith is the substance of things
hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” “NOW faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the
title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the
conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].”
Hebrews 11:1 & Amplified Bible.
If the enemy comes against me to try and put sickness on me, I resist him. I recall a situation some
years ago when I noticed a condition in my body. As a believer I started actively believing and
quoting the Word of God; knowing that God watches over His Word to bring it to pass. Healing can
be immediate or it may take time; which I call a recovery. Either way, healing is always good. I
prefer and always believe for immediate results. On this occasion however, my condition remained
the same. The next day the condition was still there, so I boldly spoke again saying “Today is the
day of salvation. By Jesus’ stripes I am healed!” The word salvation includes healing and
wholeness.
The next day, there was still no apparent change in my body, so again I boldly spoke out, believing
the Word and not just confessing it. Faith is about believing in your heart and confessing with
your mouth. This is what brings healing because God moves on our faith in His Word. So again, I
spoke with boldness “Today is the day of salvation. By Jesus’ stripes I am healed!” I did the same
again the next day, and so on.
I absolutely believe in healing. As far as I knew I was in faith, resisting the enemy and standing my
ground on the Word of God. The test of faith continued. I will not mention how long it took,
because then you might presume the same timing for your situation. Sufficient to say is that I
received my healing and the Lord was glorified. Amen. The key is to just keep believing God’s
Word, no matter what, or even how long it may take for the healing to be manifested. We are the
believers, and He is the healer. Amen.
God’s will is His Word and His Word clearly shows us in many scriptures that healing is His will. So
speak to your body. Your words are powerful. Tell you body to line up with God’s Word and do not
accept anything less. Stand strong on God’s Word, and give God an opportunity to confirm His
Word in your life. Amen.
Healing is available for ALL. NOW is the time for you to believe and receive it. Amen.

DECLARE IN FAITH: “Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus
Christ. I believe Jesus Christ took every sickness, pain, weakness and disease on the cross. I am
not having this sickness, pain, weakness and disease in my body any more! I command it to leave
right NOW in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a new creation; created in the image of God,
Who is perfect. Sickness, pain, weakness and disease, is no longer part of my life; I resist it. Jesus
Christ bore everything for me, and by His stripes, I believe and I receive my healing NOW, and I
AM HEALED! Thank you Lord. Amen.”
Faith is NOW. Once you have asked, and believed (received the assurance in your heart),
healing is on its way to you! Amen.
Faith without works or actions is dead. So now do some kind of action, by faith; move that arm, lift
that leg, roll your shoulders, turn your head etc!
KEEP BELIEVING AND THANKING THE LORD FOR HEALING YOU! Amen.
