Jul 2010 - Mar 2013
: Resource Program Management (Ca Clarity 12.1.1 & Ca Clarity 13.1)
Scope of the project:
Kaiser Permanente is the largest nonprofit health plan* in the United States, serving 8.2 million members in 9
states and the District of Columbia. They are an integrated health delivery system, which means that they
provide and coordinate the entire scope of care for their members.
Resource Program Management (RPM) is a comprehensive and highly integrated suite of tools that allow
Project Managers to manage every aspect of their programs and projects, and permits KP-IT Line Managers
exceptional visibility into the current and projected use of staff and contract resources. RPM is KP-IT’s
system of record for ABC codes, projects, and applications.
Resource Management is the system used for allocating resources to project, production applications,
service and G&A plans, as well as for monitoring overall resource supply and demand. RPM provides a
streamlined solution that enables KP-IT to identify, request, reserve, assign and deploy resources more
effectively. It enables improved monitoring of resource utilization and supports a streamlined process for
matching resource supply and demand.

The Ashok Leyland has been purge with ERP and mainly it is using Manufacturing, Finance and HRMS
modules. Access to international technology enabled the Company to set a tradition to be first with
technology. Ashok Leyland pioneered all the new concepts. Responding to the operating conditions and
practices in the country, the Company made its vehicles strong, over-engineering them with extra metallic
